The Artistic Characteristics And Performance Experience Of "The Nutcracker" In The Piano Suite

The Nutcracker is a late work of Russian composer and music educator Tchaikovsky.It is one of his three dance plays and one of the most important.Tchaikovsky makes the music of Nutcracker more interactive and makes the music have higher artistic value by using the mature means and experience of symphonic music creation.Among many piano solo adaptations,Taneyev is the most popular.He adapted "The Nutcracker" into a piano solo,a perfect representation of the original dance scene.This paper makes use of its own performance experience and research on related literature.Firstly,the composer Tchaikovsky and his musical style are introduced.Secondly,the related creation and characteristics of Nutcracker in piano group are introduced.Finally,from the technical aspects of the piano set "Nutcracker" performance techniques.Through the comprehensive analysis and research of piano ensemble "The Nutcracker",from the perspective of the integration of piano music and symphony,experience the music description.
