With the accelerated process of vocational education in China,the quality of teaching service has been concerned by all parties.The quality of teaching service is the lifeline of the quality of school education,which determines the quality of talent training to a great extent,and it has a direct impact on the development of the whole education.The students are the objects who are provided the teaching service by schools.The students’ satisfaction with the school teaching service should be paid attention to.It can not only make the managers of schools realize the quality of the teaching service provided for the students in time,but also can find out the advantages and problems of the teaching service existed provided by the school,so that the school can develop the advantages and avoid the shortcomings.It will ultimately improve the quality of teaching services in schools.In the current teaching service quality assessment system,the evaluation subjects include the government,schools,teachers and employers,which ignore the teaching service quality evaluation and the establishment of the guarantee mode leaded by students who are “consumer group”.In addition,although a large number of scholars have studied and verified the concept model of service quality and customer satisfaction in the field of business,and have been widely used,it is very weak in the field of education,especially the English teaching field in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,this study has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to study the relationship between the quality of English teaching service and the satisfaction of students in secondary vocational schools,the method includes theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in this paper.Apply the theory of service quality,the theory of customer satisfaction and stakeholder theory to the field of education.By combing and analyzing the literature,the evaluation system of five dimensions of teaching service quality teaching resources,teacher service,curriculum construction,teaching management service and teaching effect is established.Hypothesis are put forward based on the previous research,the data are analyzed and verified by descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis.According to the results of the statistical analysis,this paper draws a conclusion that the quality of English teaching service in secondary vocational schools is positively related to the satisfaction of students.And according to this conclusion,it is suggested that the students’ rights as customers should be guaranteed to improve the quality of English teaching service in Secondary Vocational schools: students’ satisfaction should be used as one of the evaluation indexes of the quality of service to evaluate the quality of English Teaching in secondary vocational schools;the school should regularly organize the students to do the research of satisfaction survey;the school should actively guide the students to carry on the positive and correct evaluation;the school should take measures to improve the results in time,and protect the students’ rights as customers;To improve the satisfaction of students,schools should improve the quality of English teaching service in secondary vocational schools from the five dimensions.
