A Comparative Study Of Yue Dialect Modal Particles In Nanning And Cenxi

This paper takes Nanning and Cenxi Yue dialect modal particles as the research object,and describes the phonological system of Nanning and Cenxi Yue dialect.Combining the three levels of syntax,semantics and pragmatics,the paper compares the classification,tone meaning,usage and tone function.Aspects of similarities and differences,and explore the reasons for similarities and differences.Nanning Yue dialect belongs to the Yue dialect film,and Cenxi Yue dialect belongs to the Yue dialect.Their modal particles have their own unique features in syntax,semantics and pragmatics.They also have the commonalities of the same Yue dialect.This also has some research value.Compare and analyze the commonality and individuality of the two,in order to construct and improve the Yue modal particle system,supplement the the Yue vocabulary and vocabulary materials,and let people better understand the Yue dialect language and culture.The first part mainly reviews the status quo of modal particle research,especially the research status of modal particle in Chinese dialect.The detailed and systematic description of the linguistic modalities of Nanning and Cenxi Yue dialect is a blank point of research.Therefore,the comparative study of the similarities and differences between the two is complementary to the research materials of Yue dialect modal words,which has certain research value.This is conducive to exploring the commonality and individuality of the language in the language system,which is conducive to a deeper understanding of the Yue dialect and further promote the spread of culture.Therefore,this thesis uses the observation method,the investigation method,the literature research method and the comparative research method,and makes reference to the relevant theories and authoritative works of linguistics to develop a survey plan,based on long-term living,and can understand the Nanning Yue dialect and the Cenxi Yue dialect.The convenience of the mother tongue,as much as possible collection and collation of relevant corpus,and then detailed description and specific comparative research,analysis of the reasons for similarities and differences,comparative study of the language commonality and personality after the characteristics of the two.In the second part,the classification of modal words in Nanning and Cenxi Yue dialect is described,and the distribution of each modal particle in each sentence category and the meaning of the modal expression are described and compared.In the third part,the Nanning and Cenxi Yue dialect modal particles are compared and analyzed in detail,and the similarities and differences between the two in terms of tone meaning,usage and tone function are compared.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the similarities and differences between the modalities of Yue dialect in Nanning and Cenxi.It is found that this is related to language commonality and personality,language type and relatives,regional culture,internal and external influence factors of language,language contact and social psychology of using people.The fifth part describes the main conclusions of the article and the prospects for future research.
