Experiential teaching focuses on the students experience.According to the specific teaching content and goals,the teacher designs specific teaching situations and guides students to experience new experiences through the experience.Second-language learners understand the culture of the target language country and can add help to their language learning.As an important part of Chinese teaching,cultural teaching is an important way to help foreign learners learn and understand Chinese culture.As one of the four traditional festivals in China,the Spring Festival has far-reaching influence and best reflects Chinese traditional culture.In order to enable students to intuitively feel Chinese culture,this article uses the experiential teaching concept and cultural teaching theory as the guiding ideology,combined with their own teaching practice experience,to design the cultural teaching activities with the theme of Spring Festival.The design of the event aims to improve students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning Chinese,to more effectively spread Chinese traditional culture,and to provide a reference for the relevant teaching practice of Chinese language teachers in Malaysia,and to better serve Chinese teaching in Malaysia.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part deeply explains the research purpose and practical significance of the paper.The theoretical basis of the design of experiential culture teaching activities with the theme of Spring Festival is analyzed,including experiential teaching theory and teaching theory of Chinese as a foreign language.The second part systematically analyzes the student factors,teacher factors,cultural factors that influence cultural teaching activities,as well as the language element goals,language skill goals,and cultural activities goals of cultural teaching activities.The third part puts forward the specific design scheme of the Spring Festival cultural teaching activities,which mainly covers two aspects: in-class teaching and cultural communication activities.The fourth part of the thesis is based on the reflection of many problems in the current experiential culture teaching,and tries to put forward concrete and feasible suggestions for the program setting of the cultural teaching activities of overseas Chinese teachers.The fifth part of the thesis systematically summarizes the full-text perspective,and looks forward to the future development of experiential teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.On this basis,it puts forward its own relevant ideas and reflections.
