Loneliness is an important predictor of a series of psychological problems(anxiety and depression, suicidal tendencies, etc.)among adolescents. The purpose of this study is to pay attention to the loneliness and adjustment mechanism of adolescents after experiencing stress events with people.Resilience is a ability to respond well under stressors and adversity, helping individuals to buffer or reduce their negative effects and gain positive growth from stressors and adversity. Therefore, the goal of this study is to explore the relationship between interpersonal stressors, resilience and loneliness of middle school students, and on this basis, screening subjects to conduct intervention studies. This study contains two sub-studies:Study 1 used a questionnaire survey to conduct a questionnaire survey of 757 participants in a middle school in Hubei Province, aiming to explore the role of resilience in interpersonal stressors(teachers, peers, parents)and adolescents' loneliness. The specific research conclusions are as follows:(1)Interpersonal stressors(teachers, peers, parents)has a significant predictive effect on adolescents' loneliness;(2)Resilience and its various factors can directly predict the level of loneliness of adolescents;(3)Resilience has a protective adjustment effect between interpersonal stressors(teachers, peers, parents)and adolescents' loneliness.Adolescents with high levels of resilience can attenuate the adverse effects caused by interpersonal stressors, and young people with low levels of resilience are easy.A sense of loneliness is caused by the negative effects of interpersonal stressors. On the basis of the research one,the research 2 selected the appropriate subjects according to the purpose of the experiment, and conducted a "resilience" group psychological counseling intervention study, and conducted 8 group counseling interventions on the experimental group to collect two groups of pretests.Data were analyzed after data from the post-test and follow-up tests(after 3 months). The conclusions of Study 2 are as follows:Through the design and implementation of targeted resilience group counseling, group counseling interventions have significant effects and have long-term effects. After the group counseling intervention, the resilience level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the group counseling intervention, and was also significantly higher than that of the control group. This indicates that the group counseling program is feasible and the intervention is effective. This research enriches the research results in the field of resilience, and provides theoretical basis and practical experience for preventing the possible psychological problems of adolescents and promoting the mental health of adolescents.
