The Study Of The Quantifier From Human Of Modern Chinese

The quantifier from human is a special sub-category in modern Chinese quantifier system.It borrows from human body nouns,and its meaning is unique and its collocation is diverse.In the process of using language,there are many such phenomena.At present,there are many achievements in the research of Chinese quantifiers,but the study of of the quantifier from human of modern Chinese still needs to be improved.This paper takes sixty quantifiers from humans as the research object,mainly studies the collocation rules and characteristics of quantifiers with numerals,nouns,verbs and adjectives from three synchronic levels: semantics,grammar and pragmatics.It also studies the evolution of human quantifiers from the diachronic level,and puts forward some suggestions for the collection of human quantifiers in Modern Chinese Dictionary(7th edition).The first chapter:Definition and classification of quantifiers from human in modern Chinese.Sixty quantifiers from humans were sorted out by referring to ten dictionaries and monographs and combining with modern Chinese corpus in Center of Chinese Linguistics PKU.It also classifies and inspects these quantifiers from three aspects: semantic field,stability and function of quantifiers.The second chapter:Semantic analysis of quantifiers in modern Chinese.This paper analyses and summarizes the semantic characteristics of human Noun Classifiers and momentum classifiers,and probes into the semantic characteristics of the quantifier from humans.The third chapter:The combinatorial function of quantifiers from human in modern Chinese.This paper explores the combined functions of the quantifier from human and numerals,nouns,verbs and adjectives,studies the selection and restriction of the quantifier from humans and their components respectively,and explores the rules of using the quantifier from humans.The fourth chapter:Grammatical and pragmatic analysis of quantifiers from human in modern Chinese.Emphasis is laid on the overlapping,expanding and other structures of quantifiers from human;the pragmatic functions of quantifiers from human are analyzed,and the characteristics of quantifiers from humans are explored.The fifth chapter: Diachronic evolution of quantifiers from human in modern Chinese.This paper compares sixty quantifiers from human with the explanations in the Chinese Dictionary,and combines modern ancient Chinese corpus in Center of Chinese Linguistics PKU to determine the time when the use of quantifiers from human came into being,explores the origin of quantifiers from human,makes a comprehensive analysis of the increase and decrease of the meanings of quantifiers from human and the newly generated quantifiers from human in the process of development,and describes the semantic evolution of representative quantifiers from human.The sixth chapter:the inclusion and suggestions of quantifiers from human in Modern Chinese Dictionary(7th edition).This paper analyses the current situation and characteristics of the collection of human classifiers in Modern Chinese Dictionary(7th edition),and puts forward some suggestions for the collection of quantifiers from human in Modern Chinese.
