Research Of Folk Art In Ningxiang

Ningxiang County governed the city during Three Kingdoms Period(220-280),and governed the county in the early Song Dynasty.In the long river of history,Ningxiang County creates various folk art resources with regional characteristics.As living culture living in the life of folks,civil arts are shocked by modern scientific technology.All kinds of traditional production articles for daily use and spiritual and aesthetic articles have gradually withdrawn from public life,and many traditional handicrafts are facing the situation of loss.Under the demands of the times of inheriting excellent traditional culture and revitalizing traditional craft,it is of great social significance for realizing the creative transformation of traditional folk art and better promoting the protection and inheritance of regional folk art,to discover the background,function,characteristics,creation thought of folk art in Ningxiang area and explore the relationship between production,inheritance and development.Based on the background of the folk art in Ningxiang,this paper analyzes the influence of the natural environment and the social environment on the folk art in Ningxiang.Aiming at the existing situation and inheritance of cultural relics protection units at all levels,traditional handicraft skills and traditional production and living utensils in Ningxiang,this paper carries out field investigation,obtains a large number of and sufficient first-hand information,and has a preliminary cognition of the folk art products in this area.Then,this article analyzes the nature of all kinds of folk art products,and classifies them into practical and material life as the subject of folk art supplies,aesthetic and spiritual life as the subject of folk art supplies.Next,this article carries out discussion about the philosophy,sociology,archaeology,psychology,art,engineering and other aspects of the basic characteristics of Ningxiang folk art.Finally,this paper discusses the idea of creation of folk art in Ningxiang area from the view of creation,function and material,and puts forward feasible suggestions for its survival and development.
