Frequency adverbs have the characteristics of semantic abstraction and complex syntax,which has always been the most difficult point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Many international students often make mistakes when using frequency adverbs,so it is necessary to make a study of them.This article selects a group of frequency adverbs consisting of "lian","yilian","lianlian","jielian" and "lianxu" as the research objects,and uses the error analysis theory to analyze the types and reasons of the errors made by international students,and on this basis,puts forward some teaching assumptions and suggestions.This study focuses on the acquisition of "Lianxu" frequency adverbs of international students.On the basis of previous studies,this paper details many differences in the grammatical features(semantic differences,syntactic distribution,word collocation,sentence type selection,style color,etc.)of "Lianxu" frequency adverbs.And it makes a statistical analysis of 109 errors made by international students on the basis of HSK dynamic composition corpus,Jinan University's interlanguage corpus and self-collected corpus,discusses the problems and influencing factors when international students learn "Lianxu" frequency adverbs,in order to help them better distinguish and use "Lianxu" frequency adverbs.It is found that there are five types of errors made by international students in acquisition of "Lianxu" frequency adverbs: misuse,misordering,misapplication,omission and writing errors.Misuse errors are the highest,followed by misordering.Interview research shows that teaching has a certain effect on their acquisition of "Lianxu" frequency adverbs.In addition,mother tongue,target language,and textbooks can all be specific factors that influence their acquisition of "Lianxu" frequency adverbs.According to the research results,this article proposes some teaching assumptions and suggestions,such as consolidating students' theoretical knowledge,focusing on syntactic explanation and comparison teaching,and strengthening the explanation of textbooks.It also tries to design after-class exercises of textbooks,in order to provide reference for "Lianxu" frequency adverbs for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
