| A good static balance ability is one of the basic foundations of dancers’ dependence.There has been a set of effective theories and methods for many years to improve the static balance ability of dancers.However,with the development of human science and technology,the deepening of the understanding of basic dance training and the introduction of training outside dance,the role of cross-training in improving the static balance ability of dancers has been paid more and more attention by dance education.The static balance ability of dancers is mainly restricted by three aspects: first,the overall control of the static center of gravity;second,the overall coordination of muscle groups when the body is still;third,the psychological control of the body’s static balance.Although there are some differences between Chinese classical dance basic training and ballet basic training in the theory and method of improving the static balance ability of dancers,there are still some similarities in the overall training mode.The normal dance training mainly improves the static balance ability of the dancer from the pole training,the half toe training,the reduction of the body support surface training and the auxiliary training of the dynamic balance training.However,with the attention to the static balance ability of the dancer,the core deep muscle group,the supporting leg power,the static control of the overall body center of gravity,and the psychological reaction to the static balance of the body Therefore,there is a certain lack of "orientation"(static).This paper focuses on the theoretical basis of introducing cross-training to improve the static balance ability of dancers.The main points of this paper are as follows: in physiology,this kind of directional and targeted muscle training can improve the muscle control training of the static balance ability of dancers,enhance the control and coordination of muscle groups,and conform to the general law of "stimulation response strengthening" of human body;in control,this kind ofcentralized training of body center of gravity can strengthen the attention of dancers to the control of static body center of gravity,It is also the best proof of the stability of the concentration of human consciousness.It is also the theoretical embodiment of human beings from "conscious control" to "unconscious control".Psychologically,through targeted image training,such as "sitting as a bell,standing as a pine" in Chinese opera,the dancers’ Adaptability to static balance ability is enhanced,and the connection link from psychology to physiology is established,and finally transformed into An unconscious psychological physiological behavior.It is not only necessary,but also effective in practice to introduce training outside dance and carry out "cross-training" to improve the static balance ability of dancers.This paper discusses several methods of training such as Pilates and other off boundary training,such as training of small equipment such as foam shaft,wave velocity ball,balance pad,Pilates’ s ground training,and Swiss ball,elastic belt and other auxiliary training,especially drawing on the imagery training in body and mind,playing a certain role in improving the static balance ability of dancers.Through the introduction of training outside dance,cross-training to improve the static balance ability of dancers,the results are positive and positive.Of course,dance is a dynamic sport.How to introduce more cross-training methods,how to integrate the static balance ability into the dynamic balance ability,and how to further deepen the theoretical understanding of improving the static balance ability of dancers are the direction of this paper. |
