Artificial intelligence technology represents the forefront of science and technology,and the products of artificial intelligence that are constantly derived are also endless.A large number of intelligent systems have been applied in education and teaching,which provides more students with a new learning model in the information age.The emergence of intelligent learning system breaks the traditional way of learning in the classroom,so that students can be free from the fixed time,fixed space to obtain learning resources anytime and anywhere.Intelligent phonetic learning system is a new learning tool for primary and middle school students to develop English listening and speaking ability.As an English listening and speaking learning tool,its rich curriculum resources and huge phonetic corpus resources have attracted many learners.Listening and oral English teaching has always been a weak link in English teaching in junior high school.How to make students develop English listening and speaking ability,obtain rich resources of corpus context,and create a more real language environment are all more puzzling problems for English teachers.The intelligent voice system can provide students with a rich library of speech prediction,provide timely evaluation and feedback of scientific system,and provide material basis for teachers and students.At present,there are many applications of intelligent phonetic system in college English listening and speaking learning,but the application of the most important junior middle school stage in the nine-year compulsory education stage is almost blank.By understanding the present situation of English listening and speaking training for junior middle school students,this paper puts forward new strategies for English listening and speaking teaching in combination with the convenience of information age,analyzes the advantages of intelligent phonetic system,and puts forward strategies for developing English listening and speaking ability of junior middle school students based on intelligent phonetic system,using literature research,investigation research,design-based research and quasi-experimental research methods.The research tools include questionnaire,interview,test paper,intelligent phonetic system,and all the data obtained are used SPSS 22.0 for statistical analysis.To explore the effectiveness of English listening and speaking ability training strategies for junior high school students based on intelligent voice system.The research results show that the experimental hypothesis of this study is basically correct from many aspects.The English listening and speaking ability training strategy of junior high school students based on intelligent phonetic system can improve students' English listening and speaking ability,that is,the English listening and speaking ability training strategy based on intelligent phonetic system is effective.
