Japanese and Chinese belong to two different language types, one is adhesive language, the other is isolated language, but it is well known that Japanese and Chinese use Chinese characters as well.So there are many similarities in the meaning of vocabulary. There are a lot of homographs in Japanese for historical reasons. They can be divided into three categories. The existence of homographs provides great convenience for Chinese Japanese learners, but it is often influenced by their mother tongue, and in semantics and other aspects it also causes confusion and errors. This phenomenon is called mother tongue interference in linguistics. The phenomenon of mother tongue interference often occurs in vocabulary and grammar, but it is especially obvious in the use of homographs for Chinese who study Japanese. The study of Chinese and Japanese homographs is of great significance in the language teaching of Japanese and Chinese. At present, there have been some research results in the analysis of Chinese and Japanese homomorphic errors and related aspects of teaching countermeasures.Though some studies subdivide homographs into O1、O2、O3,but they didn’t compare with the acquisition degree of homographs D on this basis. The amount of researches that carry out an output survey(fill in the blanks)of homographs with words in Chinese is small,as well as the studies of summary on the types and proportion of misuse. This paper is based on the study of the misuse of Chinese and Japanese homographs from the above aspects to investigate.Through the analysis of questionnaires,The writer summed up the reasons and tendencies of misuse, and gave countermeasures in Japanese-teaching.This test is based on the collection, induction and collation of false used cases. The subjects were Chinese students who had studied Japanese for more than two years. The students majored in Japanese of Nanjing Normal University participated in the questionnaire.20 were in the third grade,20 in the fourth grade and 18 in the fifth grade, total of 58.The results show that Chinese-speaking Japanese learners think that learning homographs from the perspective of mother-tongue interference is helpful to the discrimination of homographs, and that learning homographs is an important part of improving Japanese proficiency and ability. In addition to repeated exercises to strengthen the contrast with Japanese homographs, teachers should also emphasize the concept and classification of Japanese homographs in the class,so that students can form three types of homographs in their minds on the basis of classification, strengthen memory, avoid the negative effects of mother tongue interference, avoid misuse, and accurately acquire homographs.Japanese learners in China often misapply in the process of learning homographs. There are many reasons for misuse, among which mother tongue interference is deeply related with it.According to the research in this paper, although many Japanese learners in China realize the influence of mother tongue interference,it is difficult to take effective methods to avoid mother tongue interference in the process of learning. This will not beconducive to the acquisition of Chinese and Japanese homographs and the improvement of Japanese ability.Although each person’s expression habits and ways of thinking are different,as well as the specific situation of misuse, this paper inducts the tendency of misuse of homographs from the perspective of mother tongue interference and provides reference to Chinese-speaking Japanese learners. In this paper,we focus on the misuse of homographs between Chinese and Japanese and the correlation of mother tongue interference, comparing homographs between modern Chinese and modern Japanese, explore their heterogeneity and regularity. On the basis of this, some countermeasures and schemes are put forward for Chinese-speaking Japanese learners’ homograph learning.I will be happy if this thesis can help Japanese learners in China to master Chinese-Japanese homographs.
