The Study On The Group Work Intervention Of Interpersonal Communication Barrier Of The Empty Nester In The City

Present,people aging phenomenon has become a serious problem for most countries,with the one-child parents become elderly subjects,"pure old family" phenomenon is more and more obvious,the elderly living alone is more and more serious.And with the growth of age,their social interaction is also changing,followed by the problems arising in the process of interpersonal communication.In view of the elderly interpersonal problems and the universality of similarity,the author of "love" project as an example,the interpersonal group work intervention of elderly people living alone,through a series of team activities,help the elderly people living alone gradually aware of their own problems,and targeted training and empowerment increased interaction with team members,and the community,to promote the integration of elderly people and society.Finally,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Group Work Intervening the barriers of the elderly living alone,and provides some suggestions for the practice of the elderly living alone,so as to provide ideas for better services for the elderly living alone and promote their development.
