The Social Inclusion Of Community Drug Rehabilitation Personnel From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

Community drug treatment includes three organic links which is physiological detoxification,psychological rehabilitation and social inclusion.China's drug rehabilitation program focused on physiological detoxification and psychological rehabilitation,while the social inclusion of community drug rehabilitation personnel got less attention.The Author uses the ecosystem theory as a theoretical perspective,using questionnaires and interviews to try to analyze the occupational integration,family integration,social integration,and identity integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel in S district of Foshan City,Guangdong Province,analyzes the causes of social integration dilemma,and I hope that I can have some inspirations for the current social work of drug rehabilitation in China.The study found,the demographic characteristics of community drug rehabilita.tion personnel in S district of Guangdong Province are:there are more men and fewer women;community drug rehabilitation personnel are mainly young and middle-aged;the education level is low;the divorce rate is higher.In terms of occupational integration,the employment rate and quality of employment of community drug rehabilitation workers are not high.Because their driver's license was revoked,it affected their work.The dynamic control of ID cards has led to their loss of employment opportunities and inconvenience to their work.Because drug abuse caused harm to their body and affected their work ability.Drug abuse experiences make it difficult for them to find a satisfactory job and they may face the risk of being fired at any time.In terms of family integration,drug abuse caused family conflicts.Family's material support and emotional care were not enough,and they excluded community drug rehabilitation personnel.Male drug use will lead to infertility and affect family harmony.Family support is essential for community drug rehabilitation personnel.In terms of social integration,community drug rehabilitation personnel were discriminated against and rejected by friends.Most people worry that colleagues know their drug abuse history.The relationship with the community residents is ideal,but the participation in community activities is not very high,and needs to be further integrated into the community.In terms of identity integration,some community drug rehabilitation personnel think that they are different from others,and only a small number of people think that they can integrate well into society.The study also found that the dynamic control of the public security department and the "Fishing law enforcement" are institutional barriers for the integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel into society.The author thinks that Community drug rehabilitation personnel should actively participate in the society.Family members should accept community drug rehabilitation personnel.Government should improve the dynamic control and exit mechanism.The society should eliminate discrimination and rejection of community drug rehabilitation personnel.
