In recent years,in respect of macro policies,the country's security policy for retired soldiers has become increasingly perfect,and the autonomy of employment has replaced the original mandatory policy.Thus,under this background,retired soldiers from the environment of highly organized troops to the relatively free loose social environment,when the national administrative means no longer plays a role,and they need to rely on their own career competitiveness to seek a profession themselves,neither with educational strength,nor vocational skills,how the retired soldiers spend the transition period from forces to local,from the military vocational role to other vocational roles?What kind of role transition have they been through?What are the factors that influence their career role transition?How does service experience in the army affect individuals?From the perspective of social work,how to this group better adapt to vocational role transition?Therefore,based on the role theory as the research perspective of view,using qualitative research method,it found that military career has its particularity through the survey interviews with 13 retired soldiers.Retired soldiers group built relatively fixed work and life mode of interpersonal communication in the past military camp life,and this kind of organizational branding not only exercise the individual unique temperament,but also affects their vocational role transition.Retired soldiers experience vocational role positioning,occupational role awareness,vocational role learning and vocational role practical iterative process.Affected by the factors of age.education background and occupation universality,vocational role positioning has the firm type and confused type of retired soldiers;Affected by military service experience,peer group and other factors,retired soldiers has different awareness about vocational role similar to soldiers and other vocational roles;In the stage of vocational role learning,they learn through education and training,self-study and other learning paths;In the stage of vocational role practice,it is easy to encounter difficulties in coordinating the relationship between vocational roles and mastering vocational skills because of the influence of vocational subculture and role set.On the basis of investigation and research,according to the characteristics of different stages,this paper puts forward the intervention path of the vocational role transition of retired soldiers from the perspective of social work.Social workers should assist retired soldiers in transition and vocational education;Assist retired soldiers to change their consciousness,give full play to the positive function of service,guide the peer group and exert a positive influence;Meanwhile,carry out role exchange learning,advocate the improvement of the quality of vocational education and training;Adjust the relationship between the roles of retired soldiers and help them play their vocational roles.
