The speed quality is one of the basic body quality of the human body,it is the foundation that develops other sports quality.Junior high school students is a key period of fastest growing speed quality,pays special attention to the sensitive period of training speed,maximum limit development speed ability,for the future of youth physical quality promotion,to lay a solid foundation for the development of athletic ability.Ladder to improve the quality of training is to improve athletes speed in a practical training method,but also used in physical education teaching in middle school is less,the quality of the speed effect on the students how to remains to be studied.This research uses the literature material method,expert interview method,experiment method,testing method and mathematical statistics research methods,such as in the first grade of the affiliated high school of Beijing university of technology of 40 boys as experimental object,according to the physical health test results from 2016 to 2017,will result in even as the experimental group,this study design ladder training teaching,the scores for singular indeed as the control group,the implementation of the normal physical education teaching,the experimental group and control group 40 people.Before and after the experiment according to the expert advice from the reaction velocity,displacement,speed and movement speed on three aspects to carry out the test evaluation,understand the ladder the effect of training for junior high school boys speed quality,and analysis its action principle,to explore the quality of the middle speed ladder training methods,quality and speed of development of junior high school students for later in the sports teaching content and special training programs to provide the reference.Through research,the following results:1.For 16 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group four reaction speed test index is higher than that of control group,and reached the significant difference level(P < 0.05),suggesting ladder training in improving the new boy's reaction speed effect is particularly obvious.2.For 16 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group boys displacement speed two indicators of the test results were significantly higher than the control group,and reach the level of statistical significant difference(P < 0.05),suggesting ladder training effect in improving the new boy displacement velocity is better than traditional speed diathesis training.3.For 16 weeks after the experiment,the experimental group boys of movement speed quality test indexes of average scores were higher than the control group,the boys and 10 s in situ high leg lifts index reached the significant level(P < 0.05),suggesting ladder training effect in improving the new boy movement speed is better than traditional speed diathesis training.The following conclusions can be obtained through the above results:Compared with traditional speed diathesis training,training in improving the new boy speed quality ladder effect is more obvious,especially to promote the first boy reaction velocity,displacement,speed and movement speed boost.
