Purpose: Stabilization of the putter technique is the key to the success of the golfer. It has become a new hot spot in the international golf industry to improve the practicability and stability of putter technology in accordance with the rules and methods of push rods allowed by the rules. The key to the stability of putter movement is the balance and stability of the body, and the stability of the human body's footwall is the key to the stability of the body, especially the long distance putter. From the golf club's unique technical movements, the width of the standing position and the degree of flexion and extension of the knee joint are the key factors in determining the stability of the lower disc when pushing. Therefore, finding the best combination of station width and knee angle will have a very positive effect on improving the stability of the body during long-distance putting. Methods: The study focused on the use of "kinematics" research methods: Through the APAS movement technology software and DLT biomechanics three-dimensional video analysis method, the golfer's different knee angles and different station widths during long-distance putting are combined and studied. This paper analyzes the effects of different combinations on the stability of the lower extremities when the athletes push long distances, and the effect of the stability of the lower limbs on the putter effect.A study was conducted on 10 domestic golf players who were handicapped within 5 points. Each player was put on the artificial green with a speed of 11.5 feet according to different knee angles and station widths, and each combination was subjected to 10 push studies..Research results: Different combinations of knee joint and station width will bring different displacements to the knee and hip on the X.Y.Z axis when the player pushes the upper and lower shots. The size of the displacement determines the stability of the lower extremities and also has a different effect on the effect of the push.Under the same knee bending angle, the amplitude of oscillation will gradually decrease as the station width gradually increases.Under the same station width, the angle of the knee joint will decrease and increase with the center of the curve.Bring more shocks. When the knee joint is bent, the displacement distance of the two knees on the Y axis is greater than the X axis. When the knee is straight, the X axis displacement is greater than the Y axis, resulting in the torsional difference between the left and right knees and hips, which increases the unstable factors. When the knee joint is slightly curved, the displacements of both knees on the X-axis and Y-axis are equal, and the smooth rotation of the knee and hip torsion height simultaneously contributes to the stability of the lower limbs, and at the same time,it also brings a better thrust effect. When the knee is bent, the displacement of the knees is greater than that of the hips. When the knees are straight, the displacement of the knees is smaller than that of the hips, which also brings about a torsional difference between the knees and the hips, which affects the stability of the lower limbs. When the knee joint is slightly curved, the displacements of both knees and hips are the same, and when the ball hits the ball, the rotation is synchronous and the lower limb is more stable. Conclusion: The wide station position and knee flexion are more beneficial to maintain the stability of the lower extremities;there is a significant difference in the displacement and other combinations of the knees and hips between the wide station and knee flexion;the wide station and the knee joint micro There is a significant difference between the deviation distance of the ball after the combination of the song and the deviation distance of other combinations;the wide station position and the slight curvature of the knee joint angle are beneficial to the long distance putting effect.
