Women's cone has attracted much attention in the world since it was included in the Olympic Games.The general administration of sport of China attaches great importance to the development of women's cone.Excellent women coners are selected from the cone teams of provinces and cities to form the national women's cone team,and excellent coaches are selected to lead the team for training.In the 2020 Olympic Games,women's cone events of 200 m single and 500 m double sculls have been added in the static water.From the perspective of distance,500 m cone events focus on aerobic capacity,while 200 m cone events focus on the mixed power of aerobic and anaerobic athletes.Research object: eleven athletes of the national women's cone team were taken as data collection objects to collect their training content,test results within the team,training monitoring data and other indicators during the winter training.The training content and monitoring data collected were taken as research objects.There are 11 athletes in the national women's cone team,including 8 athletes aged 15-18 and 3 athletes aged 18-20.Athletes are aged between 15 and 20,with an average age of 16.9.The athletes are mainly teenagers.Young athletes at this stage,mainly for the special technical maturity,muscle strength needs to improve and general aerobic endurance needs to improve.The main task of winter training is to improve athletes' specific skills,muscle strength and general aerobic endurance.In this paper,the method of tracking test,field observation,expert interview and other research methods,to the national women's cone team winter training training content,training monitoring and water and land test content sorting and analysis,summarize the women's cone project load characteristics and training results,to provide a certain reference for the development of women's rowing project.Research results:(1)This winter training is divided into four stages.The first stage is the winter training preparation stage.The training place is in wuhan,hubei province,and the training time is 3 weeks.The second stage is the adaptation stage.The training place is in qiubei,yunnan.The training time is 5 weeks.The third stage is the special improvement stage.The training place is in qiubei,yunnan.The training time is 12 weeks.The fourth stage is the pre-competition improvement stage.The training place is in nanjing,jiangsu province,and the training time is 4 weeks.(2)In terms of water training,the content of water training is divided into basic endurance 1,basic endurance 2,mixed endurance 1,mixed endurance 2,speed training and test match training.Based on the training time and distance,the change of training content in each training stage was analyzed.(3)In terms of land training,the contents of land training are divided into running,strength training 1,strength training 2,strength and endurance training,auxiliary training,test training and stretching.At the same time,taking the training time as the standard,the variation characteristics of the land training content in each training stage were analyzed.(4)Training monitoring is divided into physical index monitoring,physical ability testing and physiological and biochemical index monitoring.According to the whole winter training training objectives,the change characteristics of training monitoring were analyzed.Research conclusion:(1)It is concluded that the national women's cone team has basically completed the training objectives of the winter training in this winter training.The women's cone team swept the top three places in the women's 200 m single and 500 m double at the 2017 Shanghai canoeing spring championship.(2)In terms of the characteristics of water training load,the training volume showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the training intensity gradually increased,reaching the highest level in the fourth stage.In terms of training content,basic endurance training takes up the main part in the whole water training process,and speed training and mixed endurance training are on the rise gradually.(3)In terms of the characteristics of land-based training load,the training volume first increased and then decreased,reaching the highest level in the third stage;The intensity of the training gradually increased and peaked at the fourth stage.In terms of training content,running training occupies a dominant position in the whole process of land training.The overall strength training shows a fluctuating downward trend,while the strength and endurance training shows a rising and then falling trend,reaching a peak in the third stage,and the auxiliary functional training shows a "wave" change trend.(4)During the whole winter training,athletes' body fat and body weight showed a continuous downward trend;The 100 m rowing,maximum strength and strength endurance of the athletes have been greatly improved,and the water 2000 m and land Cooper test results have decreased.The indexes of athlete physiological and biochemical test are all in the normal range.
