Research On The Characteristics Of Special Technical Training Of Four Elite Women Hammer Throwers In Winter Training

China's women's hammer throw has made great breakthroughs in recent years.In the past three Olympic Games,they have won medals and become the key medal winning event of the Rio Olympic Games in 2020.The reason why women's hammer throw can make such great progress is that the advance of training concept and the rationality of training arrangement are decisive.In this study,we tracked the training of four women Hammer Throwers in Ye Kuigang group of the national track and field team during the winter training period of 2017-2018,and systematically recorded the contents,methods,means,load and intensity of athletes' technical training.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the characteristics of special technical training of athletes in winter training stage,to provide reference for the preparation of women's hammer team for the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020,to help coaches make more targeted plans in the later stage,to improve the training effect of athletes,and to provide scientific reference for the technical training of elite women Hammer Throwers in China.The main conclusions are as follows:The load arrangement and implementation of four athletes in winter training stage were analyzed according to the preparation period,the first stage,the second stage and the third stage.Athletes' special technical training in winter training is arranged as heavy load,and the load intensity increases gradually.Coaches have a better understanding of the characteristics of hammer throw special technical training and the training situation of athletes.They have scientifically and reasonably formulated and implemented the training arrangement of winter training special technical training,which is in line with the stage characteristics of the development of competitive state.This makes the special technical training of athletes produce good effects.The special throwing training results of four athletes have reached the coaches' expectations.Target intensity.The load arrangement of Four Female Hammer Throwers in winter training stage shows a wave-like change;the load intensity of special technical training also shows a wave-like change,and the load intensity generally shows a gradual upward trend.The load intensity of special throwing training in the third stage is the highest.From January 22 to February 1,2018,the arrangement of special technical adjustment training and injury prevention and control training effectively avoided the occurrence of athletes' injuries,and improved the systematization of special technical training during winter training.
