Track and field in the 100 meters is a sport with a long history,but also the most basic track and field events.As a track and field athletic event,the level of the 100-meter event directly shows the level of a country or a region's track and field athletic level.Therefore,in all levels of track and field competitions,people attach great importance to the 100-meter event.The 100-meter race has become one of the national and even global competitions attracting attention.In the past two decades,the record of the 100-meter race has been constantly refreshed,and the performance of the 100-meter race in China has been steadily improved.However,overall,there is still a certain gap between the overall strength of the 100-meter race in China and the advanced level in the world.China is a big sports country,but to truly become a world sports power,the cultivation of talents is particularly important.The 100-meter race is a speed-oriented event dominated by physical fitness,which is characterized by short time and fast speed.To improve the performance of the 100-meter race,it is necessary to develop the athletes' specific strength and quality,and turn the improvement of specific strength into the improvement of speed and technology.As is known to all,special strength is an important factor in determining the performance of the 100-meter event,and it is an important indicator for evaluating the level of physical training.Therefore,if special strength training can be carried out scientifically and reasonably,it can help athletes improve their performance.In addition,the comprehensive development of athletes' physical quality is also inseparable from the special strength of athletes training requirements.Basic sprinting coaches can master scientific special strength training methods,which can improve the ability of young athletes to use energy to a certain extent,and thus improve the performance of young athletes.From the practice of the development of competitive sports,it can be seen that the special strength training can help the young athletes to master the special sports skills as soon as possible,which becomes the foundation of the stable improvement of sports performance.Young athletes through special strength training can make the sports organs have a better state of development,but also can effectively prevent and avoid sports injury in the training and competition,in order to ensure that athletes have a good physical state to carry out special strength training.At present,our country youth sprinter special strength training situation is not optimistic,there are some problems.For example,some grassroots coaches are not clear about the strength that should be trained for young athletes,and lack targeted and purposeful training for the strength that young athletes need to develop urgently.Some coaches only pay attention to increase the weight of their training for young athletes.But neglected the adolescent physiological development characteristic;And overall,the current training method is relatively single,ignored the onset of strength training of athletes,goes against the balanced development of all kinds of forces,the training method could make the athletes performance improved in the short term,but due to the lack of scientific guidance,training will often reduce adolescent athlete's movement life.In shandong province based on the 24 th Olympic Games men's 100 meters final result and 4 x100 relay final result as the main basis,mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and interview method,investigation and analysis of shandong province sprint coaches in training of special strength training method and training means,and the young man in shandong province hundred meters special strength training of athletes,sums up the advantages and disadvantages,aimed at raising the grade of the youth man hundreds of metres athletes in shandong province to provide reference basis.This paper comes to the following conclusions:1.Shandong province attaches great importance to the special strength training in sprint training,adoption of special strength training methods and means of planning and training on the scientific nature and rationality,high pertinence is stronger,and arrange the special strength training in different periods of the training session,also conforms to the relevant theory.2.In the special strength training,the grassroots sprint coaches in shandong province mainly adopt the methods of overcoming external resistance,overcoming their own weight,pyramid training and super-long contraction training.3.In the special speed and strength training methods adopted by grassroots sprinting coaches in shandong province,the following methods are often adopted: fast barbell high turn,weight bearing fast high lift leg running,weight bearing lunge exchange jump and weight bearing half squat jump.In the special reaction strength training,the usual methods are: standing multi-stage jumping exercise,weight sheet,biped jumping exercise,jumping step exercise and so on.In the special maximum strength training,more methods are adopted,such as high turning exercise,lifting to the chest exercise,free lifting heel exercise and so on.4.In terms of the time of special strength training,there are some unscientific and unreasonable phenomena in grassroots sprint coaches in shandong province,and there is a certain gap between the arranged training time and relevant theories,which needs to be further improved by the coaches.
