Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Athletes Training In Canoe Slalom Project In China

China launched the rapids maneuver project in 1999,and the level of competition is relatively backward.Therefore,in order to promote the breakthrough development of China's rapids cyclone project,this paper studies the basic status quo and its influencing factors of current Slalom cycling athletes from the perspective of athlete training,and based on this,proposes corresponding development strategies.Mainly using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,and field investigation methods,etc.,taking the opportunity of the 13 th National Games in 2017,issuing questionnaires at the coaches and team leaders meeting;Investigate the situation of the13 th National Games Slalom Project in 2017 and the Winter Training of the National Rapids.The results show that:1.The level of competition in China's overall slalom project is relatively backward.In the international ranking of the slalomists in 2017,Chinese athletes ranked 57 in men's singles,54 in women's singles,79 in men's singles,and 40 in women's singles;Fujian Sichuan is at a relatively high level in China.In the 13 th National Games rally,Fujian won 3 gold medals and Sichuan won 2 gold medals.At present,the training mode of athletes is not perfect,and the distribution of athletes' reserves is uneven.K1 M accounts for 25% of the total,K1 W accounts for 23% of the total,C1 M accounts for19% of the total,C1 W accounts for 17% of the total,and C2 accounts for 16% of the total.Athletes account for 56% of the total under the age of 18,and the cultural level is low.2.Through the analysis of the current development status of the slalom,the training system of Chinese athletes is not perfect,which seriously affects the transportation of athletes;the number of Chinese slalom coaches is small,the national coaches account for 6% of the total number,and the senior coaches account for 18 %,intermediate coaches accounted for 37%,junior coaches accounted for 39%;domestic training concepts were relatively backward,and there was a gap with foreign training levels;after the reform of the association,the domestic slalom event increased,which increased the experience of athletes;the use of special venues The rate is not high,the usage rate is only 46%,and the basic culture of athletes cannot be guaranteed.3.In response to the problems in the training of athletes in this project,it is proposed to intensify reforms,emphasizing “ boats in China and building ships ”;enhancing coach training and learning,improving training results;expanding projectpopularization and achieving “ ten thousand people rowing plan ” Improve site utilization,improve the construction of training venues;implement policies to increase the re-employment rate of retired athletes.
