China Canoe Slalom project formally has launched in April1999. From then on, although it developed slowly, it has good momentum of development. In the21st century, sports workers have no longer competed with a simple physical contest, and showed more public relations activities for the planning, promotion, communication, etc. In many public relations activities, the shape of the image of organization is critical. In particular, the national team training camp is preparing for Canoe Slalom course that needs to continue to coordinate and improve internal and external relations team, establish and maintain a good image of the team, which creates a favorable environment for the training and development team.In developed countries, the shape of the image of organization has played a role in professional sports. But in China, it starts lately. Although organizations such as the image of CBA and other professional sports super carry relatively well, the shape of the image of organization is missing in the management of the national team, especially Canoe such unpopular items. Because of the lack of mass base and attention, which leads to it overlooks organizational image building in the management process. Therefore, it is necessary to study the image of the national organization of the Canoe Slalom-.The paper used literature, questionnaires, expert interviews and site visits and other methods to study the shape of the image of the organization Canoe Slalom team. This paper considers the national whitewater team organization image can be divided into cultural image, staff image, power image and image of management. The factors affect the image of the national team torrent Portrayal organization, including the political regulation factors, economic factors, social and cultural factors and internal organizational factors. Using CIS strategic to analyze the gap of the image of the organization in the national whitewater team, which found the image-building organization of the national whitewater has many problems:the lack of outreach of the overall image; norms of behavior management is not enough; special ability to focus only on the team training; a lack of comprehensive quality education; the ignorance of conveying spirit; low social awareness. What do cause these problems? The paper comes down to:focus on internal construction and lack of external communication; emphasis on system management and lack of effective monitoring; troop strength does not been widely recognized and the lack of star athletes; public prejudice against athletes.Finally, this paper comes up with the countermeasures for the image of the national organization torrent team:the construction of high team spirit; refine accurately in team training; establish a scientific and reasonable the value of training; standardized identification system modeling concepts related systems, and improve information dissemination and feedback mechanisms; continue strengthening behavior recognition system and visual recognition systems modeling.
