Exploring football youth training is the only way for China to transform into a sports power.With the increase in football policy,a large number of private individuals and enterprises have entered the youth football training market,resulting in low quality of socialized youth training,and it is difficult for training institutions to stand in the fierce competition.At present,the research on Chengdu youth football is mainly focused on the status quo investigation and countermeasure research of campus football.The research on campus football shows that campus football can not meet the needs of the growing young people learning football now,both in terms of venues and teachers..This research is aimed at socialized football youth training institutions,aiming to optimize the market structure of Chengdu youth football training market,improve the overall quality of football training,make up for the shortcomings of campus football,and supplement the multi-disciplinary training program for teenagers.This article uses the interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics method.According to the statistics of the big data of the Green Year platform,the market concentration is calculated and the market structure type is obtained.Select 15 representative youth training institutions to conduct interviews with their management personnel to obtain the original data of market structure,corporate behavior and market performance,and use the industrial organization SCP paradigm to establish an analytical framework for the Chengdu youth football training market.The impact of existing policies leads to the following conclusions:1.Chengdu's youth football training market has a high concentration,which belongs to the oligopolistic IV market.The market share is too different.The training course setting method,hardware conditions and teacher level have their owncharacteristics.Entry barriers and exit barriers are low,and they are high-risk,high-reward industries.2.Chengdu football youth training institutions have diversified pricing strategies.They constantly improve the quality of teachers and courses in competition and seek differentiation.However,they generally do not pay attention to marketing,lack professional management personnel,and the organization division of labor is not clear.3.Resource allocation efficiency and satisfaction are high,but most clubs are still in the early stage of investment,with low profit levels and low student output rates.In addition,the high concentration of the Chengdu football training market caused disputes in the allocation of event resources,resulting in high-level student waste and loss of cooperation.Therefore,the current high concentration is not conducive to market performance,and the club should be encouraged to develop in a small and multi-directional direction.4.The relevant policy environment is good.The policy mainly affects corporate behavior through capital markets,subsidies and industry standards.At the same time,the policy promotes sports consumption,encourages social participation,promotes teacher and venue construction to expand market size,and indirectly enhances market performance.
