Evaluation Of Reserve Talents Training Quality Of Hebei Huaxia Happy Football Club

The development of youth football is an important part of the sustainable development of Chinese football.As an important component of youth football,professional football club plays an irreplaceable role in expanding the population of youth football and improving the training link.Hebei Huaxia happy football club,as a new team of Chinese Super League,pays attention to the youth football work,adheres to the development and improvement of the training links of reserve talents,and constantly improves the quality of reserve talents training,so as to promote the sustainable development of the club.Based on the investigation of 15 experts,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of reserve talents training quality of Hebei Huaxia happy football club,and establishes the evaluation standard of Football Club reserve talent training quality,in order to improve the training quality of professional football club reserve talents.The main conclusions are as follows:1.After two rounds of Delphi method investigation of 15 experts,the evaluation index system of reserve talent training quality of Hebei Huaxia happy football club was established.The index system consists of three first-class indicators,eight second-class indicators and twenty-five third-class indicators.2.Through the use of AHP and AHP software,the weight coefficient of different index items in the evaluation index system is calculated.Through the calculation of AHP,the weight coefficients of the three first-class indicators are "C result quality"(0.7172)> "B process quality"(0.1947)> "a input quality"(0.0881).3.According to the evaluation index system of Hebei Huaxia Happy Football Club reserve talent training quality,the weight coefficient of index elements is calculated to evaluate the reserve talent training quality of Hebei Huaxia happy football club.Through the evaluation results of expert questionnaire and weighted calculation at the same time,the reserve talent training quality of Hebei Huaxia happy football club is in“Good "level range.
