In the mobile Internet era, digital technology has become more and more deeply into people's daily life, and digital survival has become a basic social reality. The development of digital technology may,on the one hand, erase the digital divide and,on the other hand, create new digital inequalities. In this context, this study focuses on the online learning boom brought about by the popularity of mobile Internet. In this study,we take youth online learning as an entry point and take youth in Wuhan and enshi as the research object to investigate the current situation of the digital divide in online learning of youth in Wuhan and enshi, and analyze the reasons for the formation of the digital divide. And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the digital divide. The main ideas of this study are: through the questionnaire survey, understand the development of online learning of urban youth in the first and fourth lines, and analyze the differences in online learning at the level of access, use, and ability, and describe the digital divide of online learning.Based on this, the paper analyzes the causes of the digital divide in online learning at three levels: regional, family and individual, and proposes solutions.According to the research, the digital divide of access, use and ability exists in the online learning of urban youth in Wuhan and enshi, and shows obvious differences in each dimension. The digital divide in online learning between cities is mainly due to regional imbalances, family capital stratification, individual information awareness and learning anxiety. To narrow the digital divide in online learning for young people in developed and backward areas,we should look for ideas in three areas: improving the level of economic and technological development in backward areas, increasing social support for schools and families in backward areas, and improving the mobile media literacy of young people.
