Rapid development of functional training on men's boxing athletes strength as the research object,the effect of Beijing sports university education college class of2015 boxing special 14 students as experimental object,the experiment research,functional training and general fast strength training for the effects of the rapid development of men's boxer power provides feasible Suggestions and basis for special training.This study adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,questionnaire and logical analysis.The statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used for data processing to find out and analyze the influence of functional training and general fast strength training on the development of fast strength effect of male boxers,so as to put forward feasible suggestions and guidance.Research results:1.The test scores of the experimental group and the control group reflect that the boxing athletes' performance of four fast strength test indicators have been improved.The test results of the control group and the experimental group were analyzed by T test before and after the experiment,and the results were as follows: P=0.000,15 s fast push-ups P=0.001,15 s fast straight boxing sandbag P=0.003,and CMJ longitudinal jump P=0.001 in the experimental group.In the control group,P=0.02,15 s fast push-ups P=0.003,15 s fast straight boxing sandbag P=0.000,CMJ longitudinal jump P=0.002.The results of T test showed that the P values were all P<0.05,and there were significant differences in test scores between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.2.After the experiment,functional training and general fast strength training showed differences in the improvement effect of 4 fast strength test indexes.After theexperiment,independent T test was carried out between the experimental group and the control group.The results were as follows: P=0.045(P <0.05),P=0.015(P <0.05),and the experimental results were significantly different.Independent T test was carried out for the test scores of the experimental group and control group after the15 s fast push-ups and CMJ longitudinal jump.The results were: 15 s fast push-ups P=0.211(P >0.05)and CMJ longitudinal jump P=0.606(P >0.05),and there was no significant difference in the experimental results.Research conclusion:1.Functional training has a significant effect on the development of male boxers' upper and lower explosive force,upper limb movement speed and special movement speed,and can be used as a special boxing fast strength training method.2.General training has a significant effect on the development and improvement of boxing athletes' upper and lower extremity explosive force,upper extremity movement speed and special movement speed,but functional training can improve the explosive power of upper limbs and the speed of special movements of male boxers more significantly.3.The two training methods have significant effects on the development of upper limb movement speed and lower limb explosive force of male boxers,but there is no significant difference in the training effect between the two training methods.
