In the Sanda competition, the speed of the movement is often the key to success. The athlete can reach the best offensive position by fast movement, and can adjust the center of gravity of the body to make himself the fastest time to effectively attack the opponent;Through fast movement, you can also avoid the opponent's attack, quickly withdraw the opponent's attack range, and prevent the opponent from effectively attacking himself. Therefore, this requires that the Sanda athlete must have a good fast-moving ability to cope with the changing situation on the field.Situation.The successful and effective training method can play a multiplier effect on improving the athletes' athletic ability. As one of the plyometric training that can make the muscles reach the maximum strength in the shortest time,it is one of the first, the muscles are centrifuged and then the direction is followed. The contraction of the heart and the contraction of the muscles in the exercise have obvious effects on the increase of the explosive power of the athletes, and the explosive force is closely related to the speed of movement and the ability to move quickly. Therefore, this study uses experimental methods to verify the plyometric training for Sanda athletes. The impact of the ability to achieve the purpose of improving the rapid mobility of Sanda athletes,so that the athletes show a better technical level on the field. This paper mainly adopts the experimental method, selects 20 male Sanda special students(secondary athletes)of 16 th grade of Shandong Sport University were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divides them into 10 experimental groups and control groups, and implements plyometric training intervention for the experimental group. In the group, the routine anti-resistance training intervention was carried out.The experiment time was eight weeks. After the end of the eight-week experiment, the results of the index data obtained before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed, and the following conclusions were drawn:1.After the end of the eight-week experimental training, the scores of the experimental group Sanda athletes and the control group Sanda athletes were improved. However, the comparison between the two groups showed that the experimental group's standing long jump scores were higher than the control group, indicating that the plyometric training is more effective in improving the explosive power of the lower limbs of the Sanda athletes than the conventional resistance training.2.After the eight-week experimental training, the scores of the rapid movement ability of the Sanda athletes in the experimental group and the Sanda athletes in the experimental group were improved.Through independent sample t-test on the results of six fast-moving ability indicators after the experiment and the control group,it was found that the hexagonal jump, the "T" type test, the Nebraska test and the Pro test scores were all very significant(P< 0.01),while the front and rear slide test and the left and right slide test are not significant(P>0.05),but through the comparison of the two sets of data, the results of the experimental group Sanda athletes before and after the slide test and left and right slide test scores compared with the control group The athletes' performance has increased greatly. It shows that the plyometric training can improve the rapid movement ability of Sanda athletes compared with the conventional resistance training.3.After the experiment, the results of the lower extremity explosive force index of the experimental group and the control group were negatively correlated with the indicators of rapid mobility. The absolute value of the r value of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, that is,the explosive force of the lower limb after the eight-week plyometric training. The fast-moving ability is more relevant than the conventional resistance training in the control group.
