Teacher justice is the manifestation of a fair value concept in the field of education.It is an important professional ethics standard for teachers as an educational subject in teaching activities.It is a manifestation of teacher morality and behavior.Teacher's justice has practical necessity because of its special ethical values and characteristics.This study adopts literature research to explore the significance and theoretical support of teacher justice based on previous research achievements,and then adopts observation methods and relevant cases of online search.Summarize the reality of teaching in the real world,analyze problems and make recommendations,and provide theoretical guidance for the realization of teacher justice.Teachers' justice in teacher-student relationship is related to the teacher's treatment of student's justice in the process of teacher-student relationship,including at least the connotation of form and substance.Formal justice refers to the equality of teachers and students with "respect" as the core.Substantive fairness means that teachers love all students equally,treat equally and differently,and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Justice is the essential requirement for teachers to carry out education and teaching;it is the need of students to realize the future social values;it is the student's ideal of perfect personality,and therefore teacher's justice is morally feasible.For students and teachers,teacher justice in the teacher-student relationship dimension has rich value implications: teacher justice can guarantee students' enthusiasm for learning;promote students' moral development;improve teachers' quality and personality;promote teachers' professional development and achieve Teacher happiness.In the realistic dimension,teachers are unfair in terms of distribution of educational resources,rewards and punishments for students,and evaluation of students.The main reasons are the significant individual differences among students,the moral qualities and professional standards of teachers,and insufficient investment in educational resources.,the utilitarian tendency of the social environment and other real factors.To promote teachers' impartial development,teachers must first follow three basic principles: equality,differentiation,and compensation;second,they must start from individual teachers,improve their internal quality,and cultivate a fair quality.They also need to proceed from the institutional level.Establish a fair evaluation of teachers' behaviors,as well as the power of public opinion,and strengthen social and family supervision of teacher behavior.
