Research On The Income Status And Influencing Factors Of Floating Population In Hebei Province

Since the reform and opening up,with the advance of industrialization and urbanization in China,the scale of population flow also shows an increasing trend.According to the national bureau of statistics,by the end of 2017,China's floating population totaled 245 million,accounting for 17.6 percent of the total population.The large-scale migration of population of different regions for reasons such as migrant work and business has become an important social phenomenon in the rapid development of urbanization and social system changes.Hebei province,as the first choice of non-capital functional diversion,has good economic development potential.In the future,the scale of floating population flowing into the province will continue to increase.Absorbing and promoting the stable development of floating population of Hebei province is an important link to promote its urbanization development.So far,the study of factors affecting income has not yet formed,this article embarks upon the demographic visual,income state of floating population in Hebei province and its influencing factors were analyzed,and the understanding of the basic situation of the floating population and income situation,formulate perfect social security measures,strengthening regional population floating population management and service work,has the important practical significance.In view of this social phenomenon,this paper will use SPSS18.0 software to conduct descriptive analysis and orderly Logistic regression analysis on the income status of the floating population in Hebei province and its influencing factors based on the sample data of Hebei province in the 2016 national health and family planning dynamic monitoring survey data of the floating population.First of all,using statistical methods to analyze the basic situation of floating population,in Hebei province on the basis of quantitative analysis by crosstab more intuitive found that different gender,age,level of education,industry and professional type,the nature of the employment unit,and now lives in characteristic factors exist differences in income levels of the floating population.Secondly,the orderly Logistic regression model was used for stepwise regression.The monthly personal income was used as the dependent variable to divide the income of the floating population of multiple levels.The independent variables were selected from the factors of demographic characteristics of the floating population and the factors of social and economic factors related to the characteristics of living place and employment.Through the empirical analysis of factors affecting income found that: the floating population of gender,age,level of education,marital status,weekly working hours,employment status and now lives in characteristics factor has a significant effect on their income,and employment characteristic factors and demographic factors on the influence of the floating population income cross.Finally,the paper summarizes the results of the analysis,from encouraging education and training,perfecting the social security system of the floating population,the increase of employment information symmetry and put forward feasible suggestion to improve the autonomy of the floating population employment measures to guide the flow related policy and employment policy coordination development,promote the development process of urbanization in Hebei province.
