Japan and China are close neighbors separated only by a strip of water,with similar cultural and historical background,but the footsteps of Japan in the realization of "modern" walk in front of China's,and is one of the countries with high levels of contemporary Asian modernization,the strength of the achievements and national spirit are separated.Japan is a role model for the rise and rise of the nation from rise to prosperity,and the Japanese nation relies heavily on its successful citizen education.As the "reserve army" of the construction society,college students are the key training objects of various countries,and the ideological and political education problem of college students is also paid attention and attention by the government and all sectors of society.Therefore,it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of Japanese college students' ideological and political education,constantly improve the personality of Chinese university students,establish correct outlook on life and values,and enhance national cohesion.This paper firstly finds out the main contents and ways of education of university students' thought and politics in China and Japan,and classifies and summarizes them.Secondly,Based on the analysis and sum-up that the main contents of paper include compares the three aspects of theoretical basis,education content,and curriculum setting,and finds out what can be learned from Japan.At the same time,it also finds out Japan's shortcomings in the ideological and political education of university students.Finally,according to the specific current situation and characteristics of education in China,combining with the successful experience of education in Japan,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions for college students' ideological and political education.
