Study On Social Insurance Of Takeout And Delivery Service Groups In Tongling City

According to the data of the National Information Center,the number of service providers in the domestic shared economy is about 70 million,and the number of service providers in the shared economy is expected to exceed 100 million by 2020.Behind the increasingly huge data,there are more and more social insurance and other labor rights protection places for employees in the new industry,such as takeout service groups.Grey zone.In this regard,since 2017,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Sciences has conducted a special survey on the participation of employees in the new industry,such as takeout and catering service personnel.During the NPC and CPPCC sessions,many delegates and members put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the social insurance of takeaway and meal service personnel.In February this year,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs said that the revision of the Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance would be started in time,and new occupational workers such as takeout and catering service personnel,online car drivers and couriers would be included in the protection of industrial injury insurance.At the same time,local pilot couriers and other new occupational workers should be encouraged to participate in the work of industrial injury insurance.At the same time,we should expand the coverage of industrial injury insurance in a timely manner,and strive to achieve full coverage from the system.Taking the social insurance status of takeaway service groups in Tongling City of Anhui Province as the starting point,through individual interviews and questionnaires,this paper explores the prominent problems existing in social insurance of takeaway service groups,analyses the causes of the problems,and puts forward the construction of a new type of takeaway industry to participate in the insurance.In order to provide suggestions and suggestions for relevant departments to formulate and improve policies,Taiwan should introduce credit mechanism rationally,improve the platform employment legislation,clarify the criteria for determining labor relations,incorporate takeaway and meal delivery service groups into industrial injury insurance and take commercial chemical injury insurance as a flexible supplement.
