Children are the hope of our motherland,they can healthy growth is a common concern for every parent,physical activity is a guarantee for the healthy growth of children.But today the rapid social development and changes in the way of living,increasing learning pressure makes children devote less time to physical activity.What's worse,electronic products have sprung up into the society,causing more and more young children to perceive the world through electronic products,TV,Internet and other ways,which reduces the chance of the children to take part in outdoor activities and sports.On the other hand,kindergarten education operates like primary schools with subjects divided clearly.The fundamental problem is not following the law of children physical and mental development when carrying out sports activities,which makes children grow up too quickly and does harm to the physical and psychological healthy development of the children in the future.Issued by the ministry of education in 2012,the 3-6 years old children learning and development guide only set the goals and gave Suggestions to the education of young children action development while specific content are missing.The lack of content caused serious obstacles and difficulties for teachers of physical education.Early childhood is important period of the development of balance,so it is as soon as possible very esential to build up a scientific,reasonable and enforceable curriculum content for children.This paper USES literature method,questionnaire survey method,observation method,teaching experiment,data statistics as the research method,for 3-6 years old children balance content were studied,the results showed that:1.The main problems of physical education(activity)in Guangdong kindergartens mainly include the lack of teaching resources,single content,outdated evaluation system,insufficient equipments and lack of teachers' awareness.The contents of balance activities are not rich and diversified enough and interesting activities are lacking.The teachingcontents of balance activity of each kindergarten are mostly similar and the balance activity equipments are not used efficiently,which caused long-time but inefficient activity training of the children.Hence,the physical quality of the children cannot be improved properly and their learning interest decreased accordingly.2.This author uses the human action development principle,the development of sports physiology,sports anatomy,psychology theory as the theoretical support and design the balance activity of 3-6 year old children in the basis of conforming to the law of children's physical and mental development.The activity contents will be arranged properly and implementation suggestion of corresponding phase will be given.3.Empirical research through the teaching experiment,the results show that the research building of 3-6 years old children's balance content has a certain application value.
