Research purposes: To intervene in junior high school students through sports games to explore the role of sports games in the adaptation of junior high school students.On this basis,comparing the different effects of team sports games and individual sports games on junior high school students' social adaptation,at the same time comparing different effects of social adaptation on boys and girls.Research methods: Select sports games through literature and interview,and select196 students in Qinghua Middle School Grade 2 randomly,divided into team sports games group,sports game group and traditional physical education group to implement 14-week experimental interventions in sports games.The physical education experiment interventions were conducted using the “Social Middle School Students' Social Adaptation Scale” to conduct pretest and posttest,and the obtained data were recorded in spss19.0 for statistical analysis.Research results:(1)After the experiment,the social adaptation of experimental group1 and experimental group 2 showed significant differences(P<0.01),and was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference before and after the experiment in the control group;(2)From the point of total score,The experimental group 1 was 18.73 points(P>0.05)higher than the experimental group 2.There was no significant difference between the two groups.From the perspective of each dimension,there was a significant difference in psychological expectations,development motivation and psychological support(p<0.05).In the interpersonal relationship,learning adaptation,behavioral norms,and environmental adaptation dimensions,the experimental group 1 score was higher than the experimental group 2,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);(3)After the experiment,there were significant differences on boys and girls in interpersonal relationships,learning adaptation,behavioral norms,emotional control,environmental adaptation,and psychological expectation dimensions in group 1.(P<0.05).In addition,there was a significant difference on girls in the development motivation and psychological support dimension(P < 0.05);After the experiment,there was a significant difference on boys and girls in the interpersonal relationship,learning adaptation,and emotional control in the experimental group 2(P<0.05).In addition,there was a significant difference on girls in the dimensions of behavior norms and environmental adaptation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference on each dimension of boys and girls in the control group before and after the experiment.After the experiment,the experimental group 1 scored 17.55 points higher than the experimental group 2 boys,and the girls scored 18.31 points higher.Both of them were in the women's psychological expectations and development motivation.There was a significant difference in psychological support(P<0.05).Research conclusions: 1.Sports games can promote the level of social adaptation of junior high school students.2.Different types of sports games have different effects on the social adaptation of junior high school students.The team sports games are better than the individual class in psychological expectations,development motivation and psychological support.The dimensions of interpersonal relationships,learning adaptation,behavioral norms,and environmental adaptation dimensions are higher than those of individuals.3.Team sports games and individual sports games have different effects on the social adaptation of boys and girls in junior high schools.Team sports games are for boys and girls in junior high schools.The promotion effect is better than that of the individual class.Compared with the individual sports games,the team sports games are more conducive to the improvement of boys' behavioral norms,environmental adaptation and psychological expectations,and the improvement of girls' psychological expectations,development motivation and psychological support.
