Relevant research has found that training methods are directly related to athletes' performance. Therefore,it is very important to master good training methods to improve sprinters' performance.Research background: for a long time,in the primary school sports in China, the training methods for sprinting have been relatively traditional and single, which is embodied in two aspects: one is the single speed training methods and means;the other is the one-sided strength training content.Primary school sports training in our country, most of the physical education teachers in athletes during the sprint speed training for high school students tend to use traditional repetitions method or the intermittent training method, few people try to combine the two methods of training, and their speed training method is relatively single, also is often repeated training for a single distance; In sprint strength training and training content is one-sided,can't effectively develop the comprehensive quality of the athletes, such as in a lot of primary school physical education teachers generally orthotics for athletes strength training during repeated training and more emphasis is on limb strength training, often ignore the body core strength training, lack of scientific training methods in an all-round way.Research objective: this paper extracts and fuses the characteristics of repetitive training method and interval training method, finds a new mixed training method, and makes a comparative study on the specific data of the three training methods after 8 weeks of systematic training,so as to verify the effect of mixed training on the sprint performance of middle school students.Research methods: this article through the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics research methods, such as study, school sports teams of zhongxian officer dam in chongqing 36 students track and field athletes as experimental object, and mix the 36 track and field athletes were randomly divided into training, repetition training group and intermittent training group, hybrid training group as the experimental group, the other two training method for the control group, after 8 weeks of training system, finally, the three methods of training after the experiment data with SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.Research results: the three groups of athletes before the experiment in the data on the 100 m sprint projects are: repeat training group 13.8±0.46,intermittent training group 13.9±0.49,hybrid training group 13.73±0.45,through independent sample T test found that there is no significant difference between three groups of athletes(P>0.05),and can determine the 100 m dash scores of three groups of athletes have significant differences, for the next step research.Experiment after three groups of athletes in the data on the 100 m sprint projects are: repeat training group 13.5±0.46,intermittent training group 13.59±0.45,after mixed training group 13.2±0.36,and through the experiment, the sport performance of three groups of independent samples T test found mixed training group than the other two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),and repeat training group and there was no significant difference between intermittent training group(P>0.05).The paired t-test of the sprinting results of the three groups after the experiment showed that significant differences occurred before and after the experiment in the mixed training group(P<0.05),while no significant differences occurred in the other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion :(1)after 8 weeks of systematic training, mixed training can improve the 100 m sprint performance of middle school students more than repeated training.(2)after 8 weeks of systematic training, mixed training can improve the 100 m sprint performance of middle school students more than interval training.(3)after 8 weeks of systematic training, there is no significant difference between intermittent training method and repeated training method.
