Based on neoclassical growth theory,total factor productivity is an indispensable condition for sustainable economic growth.Focusing on the relationship between total factor productivity and sustainable economic growth,the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research.Chinese economy is increasing continuously with high speed since the reformation and opening.However,China has paid the heavy environmental cost because of the growth patterns which are high investment,high consumption,high pollution,low productivity,low effect and low technology.Now,Chinese economy enters the gate of high-quality development.And more and more scholars realize that the change of total factor productivity can affect the economic growth under the environmental constraints.At the same time,they also realize that green,circular and low-carbon development is an important direction to accelerate transformation of the economical mode and is an effective way to hold the balance between the economic development and environment protection.Green total factor productivity is an index that consider undesirable outputs which are energy consumption,pollutant emission and so on.Regarding 30 provinces in China,based on green total factor productivity method of super-efficiency data envelope analysis model and Malmquist-Luenberger index(hereinafter referred to as "ML index"),this paper analyzes the changes of green total factor productivity of each provinces from 2003 to 2017.The economy of single province cannot be developed further.Thus,the economic cooperation and exchange among different provinces is very important for the development.Based on the regional division of National Bureau of Statistics,this paper divides our country to four regions: the east,the central,the west and the northeast and analyzes the differences of the development of Chinese green economy from the aspect of region.Finally,this paper measures and analyzes the influence of each index by using Jacknife method,according to existing research input-output analysis framework.As shown in the result,firstly,considering environment index that the super-efficiency GTFP value with undersirable output is lower than the traditional TFP index,generally.That is that the economic development criterion under environment implication is stricter and more precise.Secondly,ML index can measure the intertemporal gradient with undesirable output GTFP,effectively.Based on the result,the technical progress index is the main factor to affect ML index.Finally,Jacknife method can effectively analyze the influence of various indices with existing analytical framework.
