Research On Conveying Mechanism And Control System Of Automatic Filling Machine

Food industry is developing rapidly,food packaging technology is also constantly to develop in the direction of type accurately,saving,high efficiency,so as to make the packaging machinery need a new breakthrough in technology and manufacturing level.This research designed a universal chili products,automatic filling machine which can fill each type of bottle with chili oil,small bone and granular material of pepper,completely changing the manual filling mode now,and achieving the purpose of automatic filling,automatic measurement.According to the design goals and meet the requirements of enterprise products,this paper puts forward two kinds of design scheme of filling machine structure,and finally determines the structure of the intermittent rotary filling machine as the design of filling machine.The research of automatic filling machine conveyor institution is composed of filling metering device,feeding bottles for institutions and frameTo solve the problem of chili oil material measurement method,precision measurement technology is double volume type + type double precision weighing metering system,metering system of the inner and outer cup metering cavity sensor structure,compensation for oil material by weighing system.The engineering drawing of component parts of the device were drew using the 2D and3 D CAD software.The structure of filling machine frame is analyzed precisely by using ANSYS finite element method,it is concluded the structure displacement and stress changes at the whole frame structure and provide theoretical support for the production practice.Using PLC control as the core,automatic filling and accurate measurement of materials to achieve the design of hardware and software of the control system,and in accordance with the requirements of enterprises,the fuzzy control theory is used in the mixing system and PLC technology to realize the material mixing.The control system can achieve automatic filling and precise quantification and can improve the food production process of safety and cleanness so that the product quality andproduction efficiency are improved,realizing the automatic control of filling machine in the filling process.The automatic quantitative filling machine control system has a strong application.
