Research On The Spatial Spillover Effects And Influencing Factors Of Haze Pollution

Smog pollution is a hot environmental issue that people have been paying attention to in recent years.The government is also making every effort to strengthen its prevention and control.Smog is the result of interaction between specific climatic conditions and human activities.High-density population economic activities must be the root cause of a large range of haze.In the theoretical analysis,the smog pollution is introduced as a public product and the input-output model is introduced.Due to the action of the atmospheric circulation,the smog pollution between adjacent areas presents spatial correlation characteristics;the previous period of fog The pollution level has an impact on the current level of smog pollution,that is,smog pollution has a time-dependent characteristic.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper mainly selects panel data of 258 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2016.Under the economic weight matrix and economic geographic weight matrix,the economic factors affecting smog pollution are constructed by constructing a spatial measurement model.Comprehensive analysis of natural factors;selection of specific areas for detailed analysis.The results show that:(1)Through the Moran index and scatter plot,it shows that the haze pollution has significant spatial correlation characteristics and time correlation characteristics.(2)In the study of economic factors,industrial output value is positive,population density and industrial structure are negative.After 2008,the level of smog pollution is even more smoggy.(3)Considering both economic and natural factors,the effect of model regression is better,the temperature is significantly positively correlated,and the impact of precipitation on haze is uncertain,and needs to be analyzed in combination with specific actual conditions.(4)By setting regional dummy variables,the degree of smog pollution in the east is greater than that in the west than in the central part,and there are regional differences.(5)In view of the economic factors and natural conditions caused by smog pollution in specific areas,the Yangtze River Delta is dominated by economic factors and the temperature is also affected;the haze of the North China Plain is composed of economic factors and natural factors;Sichuan The smog pollution in the basin is serious,mainly due to the topographical conditions,and the natural factors account for a large proportion.Therefore,the problem of smog pollution is a regional problem.It is necessary for each region to strengthen joint prevention and control of the region according to location conditions,natural conditions and economic conditions,and contribute to the prevention and control of smog.
