With the development concepts of green,enterprises,as an important member of our green economy developme,have the responsibility and mission to protect the ecological environment and realize the harmonious development of economy and environment.Enterprises have improved their internal environmental management system and environmental protection policies,created the "green" image,and maintained their competitive advantages.However,many environmental pollution incidents occur frequently.How to promote the implementation of corporate environmental initiatives smoothly is a topic of great concern in practice sessions and academic sessions.It is found that besides rigid rules and regulations,the improvement of enterprise environmental performance is also influenced by leaders’ style and employees’ initiative.Recently,the organizational citizenship behavior for the environment(OCBE)has attracted the attention of scholars,but its domestic research is still in the initial stage.Therefore,exploring the factors that promote and hinder the organizational citizenship behavior for the environment has certain management implications for the successful implementation of enterprise environmental management.Responsible leadership,which combines social responsibility and leadership,breaks through the traditional dualistic relationship between leadership and employees,pays attention to the interests of broader stakeholders,emphasizes the "triple bottom line" of economy,society and environment,regards natural environment as an important stakeholder,and takes the initiative to assume environmental responsibility.Responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment are highly consistent in the concept of environmental protection.It is necessary to explore the possible impact of responsible leadership on the organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.In addition,this study introduces the positive psychological state of employee’s felt obligation to explore the internal mechanism between responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.At the same time,the effectiveness of leadership depends on certain situational factors.This study introduces individualistic and moral identity as situational factors from a cognitive perspective to explore the relationship between responsible leadership,employee’s felt obligation and the organizational citizenship behavior for the environment.This study mainly explores the impact of responsible leadership on organizational citizenship behavior for the environment,and focuses on the mediating role of employee’s felt obligation and the moderating role of individualistic and moral identity.Firstly,it combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,determines the standpoint of this study,and constructs the research model based on social exchange theory and social learning theory.Secondly,analyzed the 288 sample data collected from employees of enterprises are and the results show that:(1)responsible leadership positively affects organizational citizenship behavior for the environment;(2)employee’s felt obligation plays a part of intermediary role between responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior for the environment;(3)Individualistic values negatively regulate the relationship between responsible leadership and employee’s felt obligation.That is,the higher the employee’s individualistic,the weaker the influence of the responsible leadership on employee’s felt obligation;(4)The moderating effect of moral identity on responsibility leadership and the organizational citizenship behavior for the environment is not significant.Finally,on the basis of the research conclusions,this study drawn the theoretical significance and management implications,and also points out the deficiencies and future prospects.
