Clinical Study On Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine In The Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency

Objective: After acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the changes of basal follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),basal luteinizing hormone(LH),basal FSH/LH,basal estradiol(E2),anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH),ovarian volume,antral follicle count(AFC),menstrual volume score and TCM syndrome score were observed in patients with decreased ovarian reserve function(DOR)of liver and kidney yin deficiency.To explore the efficacy and advantages of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DOR.Methods: 60 DOR patients with yin deficiency of liver and kidney were selected and randomly divided into acupuncture and medicine group(n = 30)and western medicine group(n = 30).The acupuncture combined with medicine group was treated with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine Zuogui Yin combined with Xiaoying decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine fenmatong for 3 menstrual cycles.The changes of FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH,ovarian volume,AFC,menstrual volume score and TCM syndrome score were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.To explore the efficacy and clinical advantages of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DOR.Results:(1)The FSH and FSH/LH of acupuncture combined with medicine group and western medicine group were improved after treatment(P <0.05),there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).E2 was improved after treatment in acupuncture combined with medicine group(P < 0.05),but not significantly in western medicine group(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in LH and AMH between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).(2)AFC and ovarian volume: AFC was significantly increased in both groups,and the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine group was better than that of western medicine group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.(3)Menstrual volume score and TCM syndrome score: the menstrual volume was significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.05),and the curative effect in the acupuncture-medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group(P < 0.05),and the TCM syndrome was significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.05).The curative effect of acupuncture-medicine group was better than that of western medicine group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce FSH and FSH/LH and improve the level of E2 in DOR patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency,the curative effect is better than that of western medicine.2.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the level of AFC in patients with DOR,and the curative effect is better than that of western medicine.3.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve patients’ menstrual volume and TCM syndromes,and provide ideas and basis for TCM diagnosis and treatment.Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DOR patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency is safe and effective,and the effect is better than that of western medicine,which has the significance of clinical promotion.
