| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Pinggan Qianyang acupuncture in the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang,explore its effectiveness and superiority, and provide some ideas and methods for the treatment of perimenopausal hypertension with acupuncture. Methods:According to the randomized controlled manner,64 patients with perimenopausal hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang were divided into a therapy group and a matched group. The matched group was treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy(oral irbesartan tablets),Based on matched group, the therapy group was treated with Pinggan Qianyang acupuncture.Results:1.The age and course of disease before therapy were comparable between the two groups(all P > 0.05).Before therapy, the clinic blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and modified Kupperman score were compared and analyzed between the two groups, which were comparable(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: Clinic blood pressure comparison: End of therapy, the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the therapy group were lower than those before therapy and those of the matched group.Modified Kupperman score efficacy index comparison: the total therapy efficiency of the therapy group was 86.7%,the total therapy efficiency of the matched group was 50%,P=0.001,the matched group was worse than the therapy group. The total therapy efficiency of the therapy group was 83.3%,and the total therapy efficiency of the matched group was 53.3%,P=0.008.3.Comparison of blood pressure: The systolic(P=0.263)and diastolic(P=0.347)blood pressures of the two groups were not different before therapy and could be compared.(both P > 0.05).At the end of therapy, comparison of clinic blood pressure: the systolic(P=0.000<0.05)and diastolic(P=0.000<0.05)blood pressures of the two groups were compared between the groups, which were obviously different.Comparison of blood pressure measured in the outpatient clinic before and after therapy between groups showed obvious difference(all P < 0.05).4.Modified Kupperman score comparison:The modified Kupperman scores of the two groups were comparable before therapy(P=0.438,P > 0.05).At the end of therapy, the modified Kupperman score of the two groups was compared,P=0.000 < 0.05,and the difference was obviously. Before and after therapy there was a significant difference in the modified Kupperman score between the two groups(both P < 0.05).5.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores of perimenopausal hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang: Before therapy, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were P > 0.05,which were comparable. At the end of therapy, the TCM symptom scores of the therapy group and the matched group were compared(P < 0.05).Before and after therapy, the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were statistically significant differences(both P < 0.05).Conclusion:Pinggan Qianyang acupuncture therapy for perimenopausal hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-yang can effectively reduce the patient’s office blood pressure level and a series of clinical symptoms caused by hypertension with hyperthyroidism of liver-yang,and relieve the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome. |
