OBJECTIVE:This study take rural elderly in some areas from Shanxi,Qinghai,an d Xinjiang as the target population,make on-site investigation about gener al conditions,health-related knowledge,lifestyle,physical health,utilization and protection of health services,feelings and feelings of the elderly bef ore and after intervention,evaluate the effectiveness of health interventions from the literature review of elderly health,before and after health interv entions,and the ranking of health interventions,aim to provide scientific basis for health interventions for the elderly.METHODS:1.Literature keywords co-word analysis:Take "elderly" and "healthy"as keywords,search literatures in CNKI,COJ,and VIP databases from th e beginning of database to January in 2017.Keywords are constructed as c o-word matrixes and imported into Gephi software(social network analysis software).The keywords of literature research are analyzed by betweeness centrality,closnesscentrality,eigencentrality and PageRank indicators,anal yze the core keywords of literature research and the matching degree betw een the intervention measures of this study and the core keywords of liter ature research.2.The effect evaluation method before and after intervention:A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to study elderly p eople over the age of 60 in 32 villages in Qinghai,Shanxi,and Xinjiang provinces(autonomous regions).self-made rural seniors health status and be havior questionnaire were used in site investigation before and after interv ention.make double check and entry,compare the differences before and af ter intervention with t-test or chi-square test,and uses Meta-analysis metho d to show the effect of interventions in counties and the effect of compre hensive intervention.RESULTS:1.Study of literature keywords:Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,9176 articles were selected,and 480 keywords.Through the analy sis of the social network of the top 50 keywords in frequency order,26 c ore keywords were obtained,and the main hotspots included three aspects:medical support,social support,chronic diseases,and mental health.Ther e are 24 vocabulary consistent with the key words of the literature in this research intervention,with an overlap ratio of 92.31%,Including mental health,hypertension,chronic diseases,health education,diabetes,rural area s,depression,osteoporosis,health management,retirement institutions,phys ical exercise,community,community health services,empty nests,health examinations,daily living ability,coronary heart disease,lifestyle,health knowledge,community care,cognitive functions,health behaviors,health s ervices,public health.2.the basic situation of the questionnaire survey:B aseline survey of 2331 people,with an average age of 68.35±7.57,and a final survey of 2491 people,with an average age of 69.10±7.61;Qinghai region is mainly Tibetan and Hui,Xinjiang is mainly Uygur and Kazak,a nd Shanxi is mainly Han.3.Before and after analysis of health interventi ons:The number of participation in health education lectures was 1.27±1.58 in baseline surveys,3.91±2.29 in final surveys(t=44.71,P=0.000),numb er of smokers,346 in baseline surveys,and 334 in final surveys(x2=11.80,P=0.008).The baseline survey of the number of alcoholic residents was 178.The final survey was 135(x2=18.45,P=0.000).The baseline survey for the number of people participating in culture and entertainment was 162,and the final survey was 857(x2=532.78,P= 0.000);baseline survey of the survey rate of facial features was 49.62%,96.65%of final investigati ons(x2=1109.87,P=0.000),the number of blood pressure monitoring were 1,617,and the final survey was 2,354(x2=394.69,P=0.000),the number of blood glucose monitoring were 773,the final survey was 2114(x2=1236.16,P=0.000),and the new rural cooperative medical insurance participati on rate was 97.36%.The final survey was 98.66%(x2=10.05,P=0.002);t he baseline survey for the satisfaction rate of township hospitals was 87.74%,and the final survey was 97.20%(x2= 190.50,P=0.000).The village c linics were satisfied The rate of baseline survey was 91.81%,and the fina 1 survey was 97.78%(x =93.14,P=0.000);two weeks of illness rates wer e 41.97%for the baseline survey,21.39%for the final survey(x2=228.73,P=0.000),the baseline survey for the prevalence of chronic diseases was 60.45%,and the final survey was 36.29%(x2=281.51,P=0.000).The basel ine survey for the incidence of falls was 17.43%,and the final survey wa s 9.85%(x2=57.08,P=0.000).The ratios of the living environment(88.31%)and the home environment(88.25%)before the intervention were significa ntly improved in terms of falls;The elderly who liked volunteer service a ccounted for 94.62%of the total number;the comprehensive score for bas eline survey of health knowledge was-0.024±0.492,and the comprehensiv e score for final survey was 0.022±0.290(t=-3.78,P=0.000163),daily acti vity capacity,The baseline survey combined score was-0.706±0.473,and th e final survey composite score was 0.624 ±0.436(t=-99.04,P=0.000).4.Ranking of health interventions:There are six measures that have significa nt differences in health outcomes among the elderly according to the stand ardized partial regression coefficients,they are oral examination(0.196,O R=1.545),health education(0.188,OR= 1.084),Hearing test(0.171,OR=1.445),Culture and entertainment(0.159,OR=1.318),Blood glucose monit oring(0.118,OR=1.309),Blood pressure monitoring(0.056,OR=1.223).CONCLUSIONS:1.Research of literature keywords:There are 24 vocabulary words that are consistent with the core keywords of the literature in this study,accounting for 92.31%.2.Before and after analysis of health interventions:health knowledge lectures,cultural and recreational activities,oral examinations,hearing examinations,vision examinations,blood pressure monitoring,blood glucose monitoring,new rural cooperative medical care,smoking,drinking,there are significant difference before and after intervention.Elderly people's health knowledge and daily activities were significantly improved,the two-week prevalence rate,prevalence of chronic diseases,and incidence of falls decreased significantly.3.Ranking of health interventions:The measures that have significant effects on the health indicators of the elderly are oral examination,health education,hearing examination,cultural and sports entertainment,blood glucose monitoring,and blood pressure monitoring.
