Summary Of Professor Pan Yueli’s Experience In Treating Pediatric Renal Hematuria Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System

Objective: To analyze the medication characteristics and prescription rules of Professor Pan Yueli in the treatment of children’s renal hematuria by using the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant system,and summarize his clinical thinking and medication experience.Method: In order to collect 234 out-patient prescriptions for pediatric renal hematuria from September 2016 to December 2018,a two-person double-input method is used to enter the "Traditional Chinese medicine heritage auxiliary platform(V2.5)" one by one,and the input prescription is analyzed through the "formula analysis" in the platform "Data Analysis" module.The data of the drug frequency,the drug correlation coefficient,the new prescription and the like are obtained,the characteristics of the medication and the prescription of the tutor are analyzed,and the experience of the medicine and the thinking of the treatment are summarized.Result: 1.The first 20 places of use frequency of traditional Chinese medicine are:Phellodendron cedar,Ligusticum chuanxiong,grilled licorice,wilingxian,Baizhu,Shiwei,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Platycodon grandiflorum,alisma,Poria cocos,Radix Rehmanniae,Achyranthes bidentata,Bixiao,Rhizoma Corydalis,Acorus calamus,Angelica sinensis,Coptis chinensis,Astragalus membranaceus.The classification of drugs is as follows: antipyreticdrugs,tonifying drugs,diuresis drugs,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs.2.The drugs used were mainly warm drugs and cold drugs,accounting for 37% and 35.79% respectively.The main flavor is bitter,sweet and bitter,accounting for 36.11%,27.93%,24.68%respectively.Return to the liver,spleen,stomach,heart,lung,kidney and other meridians.5.Based on the correlation analysis of common drugs,six new prescriptions were obtained by further entropy hierarchical clustering of 12 core combinations.Conclusion:The tutor is mainly used for the treatment of infantile renal hematuria,and is mainly used for tonifying the medicine,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,clearing away heat and promoting diuresis.In the treatment of the disease,the kidney and the spleen are the main components,and the "removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding" penetrates through the disease,so that the effects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding through the medicines such as Sichuan,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,and Notoginseng Radix powder are used for stopping bleeding;for the patients with heat evil,the product of clearing away heat and cooling blood and stopping bleeding should be used;and for the wet and pathogenic heavy persons,the water-permeable and dampness-removing product can be reused.The characteristics of the "deficiency,blood stasis,heat and dampness" are paid attention to.
