| Objective:Based on traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Western medicine basic treatment,it was treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection,Chinese medicine external therapy and acupuncture combined therapy to treat blood stasis blocking syndrome of acute cerebral infarction.By comparing clinical efficacy score,TCM syndrome score, neurological deficit score(NIHSS score)and modified Rankin scale score, the four clinical efficacy indicators were observed and observed before and after treatment.Liver and kidney function, coagulation parameters, blood routine and myocardial enzymes were used to evaluate the safety of the combined groups,so as to explore and preliminarily screen out the clinical optimal treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with blood stasis blocking syndrome. The mechanism of blood action is better and safer to play the role of brain protection and other synergistic effects of combined medication, and it can provide a theoretical reference for the future clinical combination therapy to provide new intervention for acute cerebral ischemia and combination of other cerebrovascular diseases.Method:Select the patients who meet the diagnosis of blood stasis and collateral obstruction syndrome of acute ischemic stroke in major hospitals of Hunan Province. They were divided into control group and three experimental groups. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection and external treatment respectively.Method and Acupuncture Therapy Program,as follows:Control group:Group A:Western medicine basic treatment+traditional Chinese medicine decoction group,Group B:Western medicine basic treatment+Chinese medicine decoction+Chinese medicine injection group,Group C:Western medicine basic treatment+Chinese medicine decoction+Chinese medicine external treatment group,Group D:Western medicine basic treatment+Chinese medicine decoction+acupuncture group,120 cases in each group. To observe and compare the improvement of TCM syndromes, the improvement rate of daily living ability, the comparison of total clinical efficacy score, the improvement of nerve function defect, the improvement of TCM syndromes and adverse reactions of the four groups. The histogram was analyzed by Excel and the data was analyzed by software SPSS 17.0.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the efficacy indexes(total clinical efficacy score,TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score)and modified Rankin scale score between the three groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the efficacy indexes decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05);2.Compared with the three experimental groups, the three experimental groups were better than the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the control group(P<0.05).3.Compared with group B and C,group D was significantly better than group B and C(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and C(P>0.05).4.There were fewer adverse events after treatment in each group, and the safety of group D was the highest. Conclusion:Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction(oral Chinese patent medicine)and the basic treatment of Western medicine for acute cerebral infarction, the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine injection, external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture method, the treatment effect of the three groups were significantly better than that of the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the two groups. It shows that the comprehensive scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the curative effect of patients with acute cerebral infarction, with higher safety.2.Among the three groups, the treatment group of Western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine decoction(oral Chinese patent medicine)plus acupuncture has the best therapeutic effect and the lowest incidence of adverse reactions. It can provide further clinical theoretical basis for the future application of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemia and other cerebrovascular diseases. |
