Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Based On The Theory Of "heart And Brain Simultaneous Treatment"

Objective:Generalized Anxiety disorder(GAD)is a common anxiety disorder disease,with long course of disease,high recurrence and other characteristics,not only lead to serious damage to the physical and mental health of patients,but also cause huge economic losses to patients and their families and even society.This topic is based on GAD belongs to the category of TCM conscious disease,TCM believes that the heart "Tibetan God","for the viscera of the Great Lord",the brain for the "Yuan God’s House",is to regulate the disease of the important viscera organs.Observe the "heart and Brain" acupuncture intervention under the GAD patients HAMA,STAI,GAS "Acupuncture treatment of GAD clinical efficacy,as well as the psychological,social and professional functions of patients,so as to further form the treatment of GAD effective Acupuncture treatment program,and widely applied."Methods:In this study,patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were hospitalized or recruited through posters in Hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation subjects in this study,and a total of 30 cases were included,and the patients were randomly divided into the test group and control group by using SPSS to produce random number method.In each of the 15 cases,there were 9 cases of males and 6 cases of women in the test group,7 cases of men with anxiety disorder in control group and 8 cases of female anxiety patients.Patients with a large difference in course,the longest course of disease is 19,the shortest course of disease is 9 months.The range of educational years is 15-20 years,and the average length of education is 18.17± 1.80.A comparative analysis of general data showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Comparable and evaluate the results.The test group Acupuncture Hundred will,Feng Fu,Heart Yu and Shen Gate.After the yohei of the caves,the needle retention time was 20 minutes,and the control group selected the Acupoint by reference to the experimental group,opened a certain distance next to the corresponding Acupoint,selected the non-acupoint surface point as the point of the needle,and the acupuncture operation was the same as the acupoint of the experimental group.Treatment 3 times a week for February,followed by follow-up in the first month after treatment.Result:1 Effect of HAMA score on GAD patientsDuring the treatment,the HAMA scores of the two groups decreased,and there were statistically different differences in the group(P<0.05),which indicated that the test group still had good curative effect.There were statistical differences in the group during the visit(P<0.05),which showed that the long-term curative effect of the test group was better than that of control group2 Effect of mental factor and somatic factor score on GAD patientsDuring the treatment,the scores of mental and somatic factors decreased in the two groups,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05)in the group,which showed that both groups could alleviate the anxiety symptoms and somatic symptoms of the patients.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05)in the scores of somatic factor visits in the control group compared with the end,indicating that the improvement of somatic symptoms in the control group began to decrease.There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between mental and somatic factors in the test group,which showed that The test group still maintained certain curative effect in the visit.In the group comparison,there were statistical differences(P<0.05)between the two groups in the follow-up,which showed that the long-term curative effect of the test group on improving somatic symptoms and mental symptoms was better than that in the control group.3 Effect of GAS score on GAD patientsDuring the treatment period,there were statistical differences in the comparison between the two groups,suggesting that the social functions of the test group and control group were improved.In the view,the GAS score of the control group gradually receded,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the improvement of social function decreased.The GAS score of the test group was still slightly higher,with statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the social function of the test group patients was improving continuously.There were statistically different differences between the two groups at the end of the group and in the visit,which showed that the improvement of social function and the long-term curative effect of the test group were better than that in the control group.4 Effect on positive emotional integral and negative emotional integral in patients with GADBefore and after treatment,the positive emotion integral of patients was rising,and the integral of negative emotion was decreasing.The changes of S-AI and TA-I in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05),showing that acupuncture treatment could improve the emotional state of the patient’s current anxiety and improve the patient’s long-term anxiety.After the comparison between the group,the comparison between the two groups was statistically different(P<0.05),suggesting that the the test group had better improvement over the patients ’ current anxiety state and long-term anxiety state symptoms than the control group,and the long-term curative effect was better than that of the control group.5 Difference in efficacy between the two groupsBoth groups have curative effect on generalized anxiety disorder,and the curative effect of the test group is progress(reduction rate 25%-49%)2 cases(13.33%),significant progress(reduction rate 50%～75%)12 cases(80%),Recovery 1 people(6.67%),while the control group efficacy of 12 people(80%),significant progress 3 cases(20%),recovery 0.The comparison between the two groups suggested that there were differences in curative effect between the two groups(Z=-3.606,P=0.01,P<0.05),and the curati-ve effect of the test group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture:in the treatment of generalized anxiety has a significant clinical effect,not only can improve the anxiety and somatic symptoms of patients,but also improve the overall social function of patients.Through follow-up,it was found that the long-term effect of three scores in the test group was better than that of control group.Acupuncture of*"heart and Brain homology "has certain significance for improving prognosis and preventing the recurrence of disease.By comparing the curative effect between groups,acupuncture was better than the control group,which indicated that the compatibility of Acupoint Acupoint in the test group had certain advantages.
