Threatened abortion,as one of the common gynecological diseases, has been affected by unhealthy lifestyles and environmental pollution in recent years. The incidence is increasing year by year.Modern medicine believes that the cause of threatened abortion is complex, and the etiology of 50% patients is unknown, which leads to some limitations in the treatment. At the present stage, the treatment method is relatively simple. At the same time, the clinical medication is also restricted for the special period of disease. Therefore, how to treat it safely and effectively is a major problem we face today. In Chinese Traditional Medicine,we belong the threatened abortion to the category of fetal leakage and fetal irritability, the main pathogenesis of it are kidney deficiency, blood deficiency, blood heat, blood stasis and deficiency of kidney injury, which is most common. The Chinese medicine has a history of treating fetal leakage and fetal irritability,a thorough understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis, standardized treatment methods and rules of medication and obvious advantages in treating tocolysis.Professor Wang Xin has been a doctor for more than thirty years, reading the classics, combing clinical experience. She thinks that the treatment of fetal leakage and fetal irritability, particularly placing emphasis on tonifying the kidney and spleen, congenitally and postnatal double complement, mutual aid,as the essence of miscarriage.Using the experience of "An tai Decoction" as the basis,we treat kidney spleen tocolysis, with syndrome medication, and carry out the external treatment of Chinese Traditional Medicine acupoint application, internal and external, with remarkable results.
