Purpose: To summarize the clinical treatment of xiaoke combined with stomachache by professor wang li and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of TCM.method:1.Case collection: all cases were from the thirsty patients with stomachache treated in our department’s outpatient department from October 2017 to September 2018.2.Case analysis: during the clinical study,I carefully observed and recorded,read classics on a daily basis,and had an in-depth understanding of the ancient knowledge,modern research and treatment status at home and abroad of thirst elimination combined with stomachache.3.Experience summary: summarized the clinical treatment ideas and prescription drugs of thirst elimination combined with stomachache in our division,providing new ideas for thirst elimination combined with stomachache.Results:According to the clinical summary,it is found that professor wang li has a significant effect in the treatment of thirst elimination combined with stomachache,which is worthy of clinical promotion.Conclusion:1.My teacher’s understanding of the pathogenesis of thirst elimination combined with stomachache: thirst elimination combined with stomachache is based on Yin deficiency,with qi stagnation,dampness and heat,blood stasis and other pathogenic factors as the standard,which is a syndrome of the deficiency and the actual condition.The disease is located in the spleen,stomach,liver,etc.2.My teacher on diabetes combined with stomachache syndrome differentiation treatm-ent :(1)Nourishing Yin and replenishing liquid to cure the root,pay attention to the liver regulating qi,spleen clearing damp,Qi and blood circulation to treat symptoms.(2)the clinical syndrome differentiation of thirst elimination combined with stomachac-he in our division can be roughly divided into liver and stomach heat retention syndr-ome,spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,Blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals,Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome.According to the four different diagnosis,theformula was used to add and subtract compatibility.
