The Research On The Cases Of Professor Shanzhaowei Treating Stomachache Based On Datamining

Purpose:to professor ChanZhaoWei treatment stomach disease basis for object,using da ta mining technology,analysis ChanZhaoWei professor sent the clinical regularity of tre ating stomach disease,work characteristics,such as structure,the compatibility of the law to exp lore his academic thought,summarize the clinical experience,to provide direction and thinkin g for clinical treatment of stomachache,to summarize experience name old doctor of traditio nal Chinese medicine and inheritance.Methods:to collect ChanZhaoWei professor in 2009 to 2019 stomach disease clinical diagnosis and treatment of basis,adopting Medcase V5.0 data mining system to conform to the standa rd 1107 clinical time entry(465 cases),establish case database,application of frequency an alysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of data mining methods,combined with professor ChanZhaoWei clinical treatment experience,on the basis of core symptoms,tongu e veins,pathogenesis,syndromes and gastroscope pathological results and so on was summari zed,analyzed and summarized.Results:Among the 1107 medical cases collected in this study,there were 237 female cases with 552 m edical cases and 228 male cases with 555 medical cases.The oldest age was81 years old,the youngest age was 16 years old,the average age was 49.74 years old,and the number of patients a ged 50~59 years old was the largest.Among the main symptoms,the frequency of epigastri c distention pain(39.11%)and epigastric dark pain(34.69%)were higher.High frequency of concomitant symptoms mainly included dry mouth(44.08%),belching(34.69%),panto thenic acid(33.88%),diarrhea(31.35%),etc.The higher frequencies of glossal were substantia red(50.86%)and substantia light red(14.81%).The higher frequency of tongue coating was thin yellow coating(37.13%)and thin white coating (25.11%).The frequencies of pulse were fine(77.51%)and chords(36.31%).The higher frequency of pathogenesis were spleen and stomach qi deficiency(70.91%)and damp-heat accumulation(28.27%).Involved in the basis of traditional Chinese medicine,205,in the first10 kinds of high-frequency medici nes are:herba agrimoniae,atractylodes,radix pseudostellariae,snake tongue grass,coix seed,pinellia,radix ophiopogonis,lily,zhejiang fritil lary,puerarin,in all clinical time respectively 92.68%,89.88%,77.96%,77.15%,70.73%,65.58%,51.67%,44.26%,38.30%,35.14%,the herba agrimoniae,snake tongue grass,atractylodes,radix pseudostellariae this 5 herbs most relevant.According to drug efficacy classification,the t op 5 high-frequency drugs are:Qi tonic drugs,heat clearing drugs,phlegm reducing drugs,Yin tonic drugs,hemostasis drugs.In the endoscopy and pathological examination,the high freque ncy of atrophic gastritis(74.98%),intestinal metaplasia(62.33%),and low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia(47.88%)were found.Hp positive accounted for20.14%,and Hp negative account ed for 19.24%.Cluster analysis showed that Professor Shan Zhaowei’s core prescriptions for treating stomachache were:Astrocyte Herb,Radix Sophorae Radix,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Pi nellia ternata,Coix Seed and Herba diffusa.Among the drugs for disease differentiation,for the patients with atrophic gastritis,add Sphinellae,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Zedoary to clear heat a nd promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and fight cancer;Bile reflux,plus white peony,money grass,bupleurum and so on to clear the liver and gallbladder,wide in regulating gas;For patients with erosion and reflux esophagitis,there is mucosal damage.Add fritillaria thunber gii,scutellariae,cuttlebone,white and so on to clear heat to make acid protective film to stop b leeding and build muscle.Conclusion:The etiology and pathogenesis are as follows:the deficiency of spleen and stomach is the root of the disease,the pathogenic f actors of qi,dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis are the signs of the disease,and the sourc e of the disease is dietary fatigue.The main pathogenesis includes Qi deficiency of spleen and st omach,dampness-heat accumulation,blood stasis and disharmony between liver and stomach.Pat hological factors mainly include qi,dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis.Treatment experie nce:based on the middle coke,invigorating qi and spleen,regulating qi and stomach;When the w ind wood,liver soft wood,line gas Jieyu;Dampness and heat stasis,heat clearing and Yin nour ishing,dampness removing blood stasis;Syndrome and disease combined,with the disease,the method with the disease.Personal characteristics:light prescription,good medicine,no une ven,calm the mind,good language guidance,Rende mellow.
