| Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yixiao ointment in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids,so as to provide an objective basis for clinical application.Material and method:In this study,70 cases of patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the outpatient department of Liaoning Coloproctological Hospital from November 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each.There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age and course of disease,which was comparable(P>0.05).The treatment group was given external application of Yixiao ointment,while the control group was given external application of Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment.Both groups underwent continuous dressing change for 7 days,twice a day.The common clinical symptoms and signs of inflammatory external hemorrhoids,such as anal pain,anal edema,anal swelling and foreign body sensation,were observed and compared on the first day before the administration,the third day after the administration,and the seventh day after the administration.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,and that of the control group was 88.57%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of symptoms and signs before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,anal pain,anal edema,anal swelling and foreign body sensation were significantly reduced in both groups(P < 0.05).The improvement of anal pain,anal edema,anal dropsy and foreign body sensation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group on the3 rd and 7th days after treatment(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The Yixiao ointment group was superior to the Mayinglong musk hemorrhoid ointment group in improving anal pain of inflammatory external hemorrhoids,anal edema,anal swelling and foreign body sensation.Yixiao ointment external application treatment of inflammatory hemorrhoids curative effect is exact,safe and reliable,and has the advantages of simple operation,good compliance,low price.It is convenient for clinical promotion. |
