| Objective:To observe the effect of external application of Zibai ointment on anal pain,anal foreign body sensation and swelling degree of anal margin mass in patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat accumulation,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy after treatment,so as to provide new ideas for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids of damp-heat accumulation.Method:From April 2022 to January 2023,66 patients with damp-heat combined inflammatory external hemorrhoids who met the research criteria in the Second Department of Anorectal Surgery,People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the principle of randomized control,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.One course of treatment was 5 days.Anal pain,anal foreign body sensation and swelling degree of anal margin mass were selected as observation indicators,and the scores were recorded before treatment and on the 5th and 10 th day after treatment.The obtained data were statistically analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zibai ointment in the treatment of damp-heat accumulation type inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Results:1.General situation: A total of 66 patients were selected during the trial,and a total of 4cases were excluded.Finally,62 cases were effective,31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.There were no significant differences in age,gender,course of disease and symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which were comparable.2.Anal pain: there was no significant difference in anal pain score between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which was comparable.On the 5th and 10 th day after treatment,the scores of anal pain between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving anal pain.3.Anal foreign body sensation: there was no significant difference in anal foreign body sensation score between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which was comparable.On the 5th and 10 th day after treatment,the scores of anal foreign body sensation between the two groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).This indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing anal foreign body sensation.4.Swelling degree of anal verge mass: there was no significant difference in swelling degree score of anal verge mass between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05),which was comparable.On the 5th and 10 th day after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the scores of swelling degree of anal margin mass between the two groups(p<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the swelling degree of the anal verge tumor.5.Overall efficacy: on the 10 th day after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%,and that of the control group was 87.10%,the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Zibai ointment has the functions of clearing heat and dampness,reducing swelling and relieving pain,and has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids with dampness and heat accumulation;2.Compared with musk hemorrhoids ointment,Zibai ointment has better curative effect in improving anal pain,reducing anal foreign body sensation,and reducing the degree of anal verge tumor swelling;3.In this study,Zibai ointment has no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects,with high safety. |
