| 1 PurposeTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Taiyang acupoint bloodletting in the treatment of migraine and its effect on EEG.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),headache index and Migraine Specific Quality Of Life(MSQOL)score were used to evaluate the migraine patients before and after treatment, and the effectiveness of bloodletting at Taiyang acupoint in the treatment of migraine was proved. To observe the changes of EEG before and after treatment in the enrolled patients,to find out the correlation between EEG physiological changes and migraine, and whether the bloodletting therapy at Taiyang acupoint has an effect on the changes of brain bioelectricity,so as to provide relevant basis for the treatment of migraine with bloodletting therapy.2 MethodsAfter signing the informed consent,66 migraine patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into observation group(Taiyang acupoint pricking blood group)and control group(drug group)by random number method. The observation group was treated with acupuncture at Taiyang point once a week. The control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium enteric-coated capsules,50 mg,twice a day. Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.VAS,headache index and MSQOL score were used as observation indexes to compare the improvement of symptoms and the changes of EEG before and after treatment between the two groups. At the same time, two groups of adverse reactions were observed throughout the process.3 The results(1)Comparison of general data : There was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.(2)Within-group comparison before and after treatment: The VAS score, headache index score,MSQOL score and EEG grading of the observation group and the control group were improved after treatment, and the difference was significant(P < 0.01).(3)Comparison between the groups before and after treatment: Before treatment, the VAS score, headache index score,MSQOL score and EEG grading of the two groups were compared,P > 0.05,no statistical significance, suggesting that the data of the two groups were comparable. After treatment, the VAS score, headache index score,MSQOL score and EEG grading of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Conclusion(1)Taiyang point pricking blood therapy and oral western medicine have therapeutic effects on migraine.(2)Taiyang point pricking blood therapy is superior to oral western medicine in improving headache symptoms and quality of life of migraine patients, with fewer side effects.(3)There is a correlation between migraine and EEG results.(4)Pricking blood therapy affects the electrophysiological changes of migraine patients, and EEG is recommended as one of the criteria for the diagnosis and evaluation of migraine. |
