| Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore the characteristics of TCM internal administration of decoction in the treatment of cancerous fever on the basis of TCM inheritance assistant platform,so as to inherit TCM clinical experience,improve clinical efficacy and broaden the thinking of drug use,and provide reference for the research and development of new drugs.Methods: Literature on the treatment of cancerous fever with internal decoction of traditional Chinese medicine in the past 40 years was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP database.After standardizing the tongue and pulse information,syndrome type,treatment,prescription and traditional Chinese medicine in the qualified literature,the database was constructed.The TCM inheritance assistant platform was used to make statistical analysis of each database.Combined with the theory and clinical practice of TCM,the syndrome and treatment characteristics of cancerous fever were summarized and excavated.Results:1.Tongue pulse: the basic tongue color of cancerous fever is red tongue or light red tongue,and the tongue shape is more common with cracked tongue,fat and large tongue,and toothed tongue;The moss is mostly thin moss,greasy moss or less moss,moss color is mainly yellow moss.2.Syndromes: The basic syndromes of cancerous fever are Yin deficiency fever syndrome,evil into Shaoyang syndrome,Qi deficiency fever syndrome,dampness and heat accumulation syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,heat toxin burning syndrome,blood stasis fever syndrome,stasis and toxin internal obstruction syndrome,liver stagnation and Qi stagnation syndrome,Yang deficiency fever syndrome,and Qi and blood deficiency syndrome.3.Treatment: The basic treatment of cancerous fever includes nourishing Yin and clearing heat,reconciling Shaoyang,replenishing qi and replenishing qi,clearing heat and moistening dampness,nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,removing stasis and detoxification,dredging liver and promoting qi,warming and replenishing Yang,replenishing qi and nourishing blood.4.Prescriptions: A total of 162 prescriptions were summarized,including86 prescriptions for finished prescriptions.The efficacy categories of basic prescriptions were mainly heat-clearing agent,tonic agent,conciliatory agent,blood conditioning agent,and clearing damp agent.5.Traditional Chinese medicine: 261 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized,19 of which were mainly used for cancerous fever,including antipyretic drugs and anti-deficiency drugs.The four qi are mainly cold and warm,and the five flavors are mostly sweet,bitter and spicy,which are mostly returned to the spleen,lung,stomach and liver.Thirty-six high-frequency drug combinations and 34 drug association rules were obtained by analysis.6.New prescriptions: 24 drug core combinations were excavated and 12 new prescriptions were formed.Conclusion:The basic pathogenesis of cancerous fever is the coexistence of positive deficiency and deficiency.The positive deficiency is mainly manifested in deficiency of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang,mainly Yin and Qi deficiency.The main manifestations of evil are heat stagnation,blood stasis,poison,dampness and heat,liver stagnation and Qi stagnation.With "tonifying deficiency" and "dispelling evil spirits" as the basic treatment principles,tonifying deficiency mainly focuses on nourishing Yin and replenishing qi,as well as nourishing blood and warming Yang.Eliminating evil spirits is mainly to clear heat,and to reconcile,promote blood circulation,moisten and regulate qi.The main characteristics of drug use are "nourishing Yin and clearing heat","relieving fever","sweet and warm removing heat".In addition,it is of certain significance to pay attention to the regulation of water and liquid metabolism and regulate the Qi machine for the treatment of cancerous fever. |
